The grounds, the spectacular view, the wonderful team. The breakfast was superb, and with that view ... We would definitely like to go again and for longer. The room was lovely and the spacious bathroom fantastic.

The property is up a hill and the drive can be a bit daunting, but the view is worth it.

The terrace with the view to the lake (which was one of the reasons we chose this place) was unavailable for the first day, because the place had it booked for a private event. We think it's better in such case to tell in advance or offer some compensation.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Anything needed in the room was magically there The bed was big, the blanket was soft. The shower was huge! The staff was super helpful and nice, and went out of the way to help us. The view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of quality options and a large buffet of everything we wanted. The evening restaurant was delicious and the waiters were super friendly and attentive.

The terrace at Relais I Due Roccoli offers a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a million-dollar panorama. The staff is not only polite and professional but also incredibly friendly, making you feel as though you are communicating with close friends. The expansive, well-organized garden is perfect for hosting parties, weddings, or simply enjoying nature and privacy with friends while savoring delicious food.

Only issue was the wine selection, probably not the best, it was adequate..could do with a sommelier's touch.

Loved the check-in staff and their attention to service. The restaurant with an incredible menu and ambience. My first night i was given a bedroom with the garden view, large and comfortable, peaceful. The second night upgrade to Lake View...OMG, stunning sunset and peaceful, graceful setting. Breakfast room on the terrace had the best view and food selection was quite varied and plentiful. Perfect 3 minute eggs!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. They went above and beyond at all times, especially Francesca and Donella at the front desk. We came to Iseo for a business trip and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant on location was 5 star! Highly recommended!

The hotel is a good 15 minute drive up the mountain along the winding road. Once you know where the hotel is you get used to the journey and you can enjoy the wonderful views.

From the moment we arrived in the car we were warmly welcomed by the staff who helped us with luggage. We were shown to the scenic balcony to have a complimentary drink and after relaxing shown to our lovely rooms with views of the garden and hills beyond. A full breakfast is served overlooking the stunning Lake Iseo and we enjoyed two glorious dinners in the splendid ground floor restaurant. The whole experience of staying at the beautiful family run hotel was wonderful!

The hotel is a bit out of the way but the view of lake Iseo and the value of the accommodation more than makes up for it.

Amazing views of Lake Iseo. This can be enjoyed either from the rooms with lake views or breakfast area. Breakfast was great and the dining experience was lovely.

It was a nice hotel with a breathtaking view  up on the hills. The staff was very friendly,  helped us with luggage and offered us a welcome drink on upon arrival. The room  was big and beautifully furnished with antique stuff. The parking was spacious enough and easy to park with a big car. Excellent stay!

Further than we thought to Iseo so ideally have a car though we got a taxi but still totally worth the extra price.

The shower in the room was awkwardly set up and the head probably needed descaling. The only downside of the location is that you have to drive to get there and so eating dinner in the hotel is probably easiest.

The hotel has amazing views across the lake where you can have breakfast or pre dinner drinks. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food. The breakfast was also a great spread.

We stayed in the cottage which was lovely but lots of bugs inside, we killed over 20 in our few days there. Also, we didn’t know there were staff members staying below us until we noticed the barn door open and some personal items. Once we asked they advised it was in case of anything happening in the night due to the remoteness of the cottage. It gave us an uneasy feeling and feel this should have been told to us at check in.

The view of the lake and Monte Isola is spectacular. Great breakfast and the staff are all happy to make your stay a good one.
