My mobility is not great and there were stairs.

Updated but still had some charm. We had a corner room with big windows that open onto the little piazza. A javelin throw from the Panteon.

The hotel doesn't have elevator, but the staffs are very helpful.

The hotel is in very center of Rome. Good for those who have a few days, but want to see a lot of attractions. The staffs are very helpful in organising taxi and recommendations.

Mixup with mini bar payment. Always pay that to the lady in the front as our was taken by the maid and made us look as though we didn’t pay for our items we drank. Not a good feeling to be made to be a thief. Corrected with maid but still not a feeling I like.

Location! Friendly staff, breakfast was free. Ceiling corners still have original painting if you look hard enough. Great authentic feel.

The upgraded room required the use of three keys (main entrance key, swipe card to an outer door/breakfast room and large key for the room itself) on a bulky key-ring. Unfortunately, one swipe card was mislaid during the stay and we were charged Euro 7.50 for a replacement (although no hotel has ever done so before in my experience). Also, most rooms do not have a view like the one on the website!

Superb location on a delightful square (with its excellent restaurant and magnificent church). The manager Francesco was very helpful both before and during our stay, although the advertised free pick-up from the airport only applied to bookings made directly on their website, not through Booking.com. We were given an upgrade from the very small room for three out of five nights to a larger suite with wonderful bathroom but the original room would not have been good value for money (with a rather odd shower). Excellent air-conditioning and comfortable beds in both rooms and very quiet in spite of a busy square so near the Pantheon. A decent continental breakfast in a very small dining room; lovely lady was on hand for making good cappuccinos but any other conversation needed the use of Google-Translate as she did not speak or understand English. We were able to store luggage for our late flight on the last day and Monica kindly assisted with taking a suitcase downstairs; the taxi booked arrived exactly on time (50 euro).

The rooms looked way better on the site, not so clean, the manger during the check in i would characterize her with attitude. The room wasn't as the pictures, very bad view from the window. The location although was very good and convenient. Certainly i wouldn't recommended .

This is not a service hotel and there is not someone on staff to assist all day. The first impression of the hotel is not appealing as you enter the doors on the outside. This hotel is on the second floor and shares the facilities with other businesses. The first floor entry of the building did not smell good. You go up a very dreary and un-inviting staircase. Then Thru many doors to Reception. We were lucky as someone was on duty. One of the first things we were asked (even only being at the hotel for 5 Minutes) was “what is you return flight’ But now I understand, there is not someone at Reception on a regular basis and you need to make arrangements when you can. Also, there was no breakfast set up on our first morning. There was another couple sitting there- very annoyed- who went into the refrigerator and took out some yogurt. Someone finally arrived and slammed down some food (not very appealing) and continued to show her hostility. Every dish she brought out- she slammed down.Maybe she had a bad day but we were paying guests and this was unacceptable. I have never been subjected to such rude behavior in a small hotel. The variety of food was limited. On the plus side: There was a young girl setting up breakfast the following day and she was very sweet and helpful. But we decided to go out for breakfast as we were in Rome and it wasn’t worth eating the breakfast at the hotel when the pastries and cappuccino up the street were so much more appealing. So if you are looking for a warm helpful reception- this is not the place. It is not a service hotel. On the plus side:The location is good and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is in a very good location by the Pantheon. Plenty of restaurants close by. Our room was large with a comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water after letting it run for minutes plus a good amount of towels. The room was clean and smelled good.
