Everything about this resort is exceptional! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon and we were blown away with the views, service, staff, and facilities. We specifically loved Adrian, he was very kind and gave us some great dinner recommendations! Our only feedback for the resort is the gym is outdated and the beach was challenging to swim in as there were a lot of rocks and it was quite shallow - however if you have a car you can visit many beautiful beaches near by! We would certainly stay here again. We have only the fondest memories. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Access to the beach is bot comfortable: it's a rocky beach with access from wooden deck and it's necessary to cross the road which connect Palau to Olbia. Sea view is not so beautiful and complete from our room which was located on the ground floor and was the last from the reception. The payment issue due to 50% prepayment which was considered as just for the authorization and it should be returned during 7-10 days. Be ready to pay 100% while check in apart of this 50% prepayment.

For a 5* hotel, the restaurant is below average. Also, the pool/beach menu offers very little options and the options in question are not up to standard with the rest of the hotel's great amenities.

Serene and beautiful location. Great access to the Maddalena archipelago. Wonderful staff and concierge. Big rooms with amazing views. The stone infinity pool is also a fantastic place to hang out and their beach deck is nice with clear water.

Nothing!

You feel immediately relaxed when you sit by the pool, drink a custom cocktail from the fantastic bar manager (Marino!) and look out over the sea. The resort has a spanish feel, its very relaxed and well maintained. There is live piano playing on some nights adding to the incredible atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the view we had from our room was amazing (overlooking the sea). Cannigione is a very quiet little town so recommend a car to get to other beaches and towns to explore!

Toilet paper should be of better quality. The breakfast ends at 10.30 which is relatively early. We were not given 2 extra hours to check out and had to leave the room by 11 am but they let us stay and use the facilities on site. Ants in the room. Window black outs are not full black outs.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They all greet you every time. All the hotel facilities were very clean. The location is great if you have a car and there is a parking. All the restaurants suggested by the hotel were really nice. The view is amazing and the resort has 2 pools one of them is an infinity pool with an amazing view! Overall it was a great experience.

This would have been an easy 10 out of 10, but the concierge was a bit of a let down. Didn't seem to know what she was doing, recommended one terrible restaurant, and then generally failed to successfully make any reservations for us during our stay.

It is a beautiful hotel. The design and layout are super cool. The breakfast and dinner area around the pool is incredible - one of the best views you will ever have. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
