Room: shower door did not close properly so water on floor. Light in bathroom was motion sensitive so it would go off frequently, need manual override. For two women, walk from town at night down dark road to hotel was a little sketchy but always seemed to be other guests walking back. Need more lighting near apartment entrance (outside)

Note: there is a hotel, & apartments in building next door. We stayed in apartments. Bruno was so helpful at check-in. Breakfast in hotel offered good selections. Location 5-10 min walk to old town.

The apartment was large, beautifully clean and comfortable. The location was great just a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful both during our stay and before we arrived.

Everything was very good, no negative points. Parking space was also very good with the possibility to leave the car during the day we checked out.

All staff is super friendly and helpful, they speak several languages and are always willing to help. Rooms have a lot of space and are very comfortable; hotel it is at a walking distance from city center pedestrian zone.

Some things that prevent me from giving a rave review. All of them are minor. When we got there the elevator wasn't working. The hotel staff helped with the bags but we did have to go up and down 5 floors using stairs the first day. Second minor annoyance - the heating wasn't working one day and they were to look into it. When we got back to our room the remotes for the air conditioners were gone and there was no explanation. Apparently, this time of the year they switch to central heating and it is controlled by panels on the wall. Would have been nice if someone had explained especially since we had flagged this as an issue. Lastly, and this happened twice, there were packages at the front desk for us that we were going to take upstairs. The front desk said they will leave it in our room. This wasn't done.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is sumptuous. The rooms spacious (we stayed in the apartments). The staff is friendly. Location is fantastic - very close to central Alba. The hotel has parking which was a huge plus for us.

everything is perfect. I have been travelling for 2 months, this is one of the best stay I have. it might not one of those outstanding on the style, but it got everything needed. bed is very comfortable, and quite for the night. room is very clean as well. staffs are super nice too, thank you so much.

Amenities in the room could have been better. For example, only instant decaf coffee was provided, and while there were plenty of Champagne flutes, no proper water glasses.

With a swift and efficient check in, the Residences (not the Hotel) are a good spot for travellers as well as longer term tenants. Located in a building just next door, those staying in the residences can nonetheless take advantage of the hotel's facilities, including ample parking and a good breakfast. From the residences location, it's a very short walk to the old town and a quick drive to wine country.

I liked everything!

We stayed in the Residence, so had a whole two-bedroomed apartment with balcony, kitchen and lounge area. Our rooms had aircon, which was fantastic when it was 33C outside. I usually struggle with any outside noise, which was not an issue as the area was very quiet, while only a short walk into the main areas for shopping and food. We had undercover, secure parking for our car and a lock up garage for our bicycles. Breakfast was a lovely spread every day. Stefano on Reception was so helpful and friendly, helping us with tips for restaurants, ice creams, and wine tasting bookings. I will definitely book and stay here again.

Apartment was spacious and well furnished. A/C equipment worked fine and the electric shutters added an extra level of comfort. Parking infrastructure was ample and safe. Location is just a short walk to the town center, and Staff is helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the suites with kitchens so I can not comment on the standard rooms of this hotel. We liked everything about this hotel.

The hotel staff were excellent to work with and helped us on numerous occasions. We enjoyed the breakfast area and the choice of eating outside or in. The choice of coffee and fresh fruit and pastries were plentiful. Underground parking was a plus and we also enjoyed the bar area for a quick glass of wine and conversation.

The staff are very thoughtful and helpful. Thanks to the careful attention and thoughtfulness of a staff member (a young man, pity that I didn't get his name), I managed to prevent myself from damaging the car door as the car was parked right next to a kerb which was very high. He also provided good service and detailed explanation when taking us to our apartment. Polite, friendly and helpful! Molto grazie!

that was no konnection between Residence , main building and garage . It was schort way, but by rein it was unoleasant to bring the things to the car.

I like very much the servise in reception, the size of the room, kitchen equipment, the lokation of hotel, kostenlose garage, small fitness room. Balkone. Matraze war hard aber sehr gut. I slept well. Price/performance in appartment is good.
