Cozy, clean, very warm and conveniently located (you can get anywhere within a 10-minute walk). Ski room with a heated rack for your skiing boots. Everything what we needed during our stay was there. The view from our apartment was simply stunning. The host was absolutely brilliant - so helpful and welcoming. I wish we could stay longer!

the rooms had a smell that was unpleasent. the tools in the kitchen was very old and need to replace. the town there when is not the ski season "shuts down" at 19:00.

the staff was amazing and lovely. the view there was breathtaking. and we had very large rooms and it was clean. large rooms.

I had such an incredible stay at Residence Carin. My family loved the location and the big rooms! The view is breathtaking! Showers had great water pressure and the kitchen had everything needed. I will certainly return.

Nothing - we enjoyed Selva so much we stayed an extra night.

The apartment was perfectly located within east walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and bus stops. Arnold and his family were very attentive and responsive to our needs or requests. The shower has great water pressure and the heated floors were a nice surprise. The apartment kitchen is well supplied and the only thing we could have wished for would have been an oven in the unit or a grill on the property.

Very nice, welcoming and helpful owners of the apartments. The 2-bedroom apartment was nice, clean and big enough for 4 people. Kitchen/living room well equipped, bright with balcony and nice view on the mountains. Location - very good. Skibus 2 mins from the apartment, closest lifts - chair or Ciampinoi Gondola - few minutes walk. Restaurants, ski rental, store, all within walking distance. We also used a place in garage for our car.

Everything was great

The apartment was exactly as on the photos, very clean and cozy. We stayed with a cat and there was no problem for it. The location is also good, close to the center and bus stop. View from the window is beautiful, we had mountain view with the city. We also got trentino cards to use for free on the buses. In the kitchen and bathroom we had everything we needed. Definitely would come back:)

A sauna would be an amazing addition!

Residence Carin is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the ski lifts. Lovely quiet rooms set back from the road. Handy garage in the basement and ski locker. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We will certainly stay there again when we return.

I think there was no soap

Clean and comfy rooms, excellent location with regard to the public transport, a nice and helpful host. There is the South Tyrol Guest Card included in the price of the accommodation, which allows the free use of public transport in the whole Südtirol (regional trains incl. the line to Trento, busses, some cableways etc) in the period of 7 days starting with the first day of stay. Google it to see the current terms & conditions.

Would of been helpful to have washing up liquid and more soap. The WiFi was abit hit and miss so if not good for remote working but we didn’t mind so much as we were on holiday

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a great terrace and view of the mountain with a shared garden. It was a great location and easy check in with on site parking. Comfortable bed, very light rooms and supermarket and bakery within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time here and were very comfortable! Would highly recommend.

Do not go here if you need internet access. Although the description of the apartment states “WiFi in all areas” we could not get a working internet connection most of the time. The connection was often down, or very very weak (making it impossible to even send an email) for hours on end. When we asked the staff if this could be fixed, they told us that this was “expected behavior”. They offered no compensation.
