Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is very clean and safe. You feel that you are at home. The room cleanliness was exceptional. The room is equipped with all what you need in terms of kitchen tools, two TV screens and all bathroom personal care kits. The staff is professional and trying to help especially "Carol", she provided us with all what we need and provide the guidance for us in the Dolomites area. The hotel has safe and private garage, washing machine and umbrellas. You'll find everything you need just a few steps out of the hotel.

The accommodation was clean and the location of the accommodation was also very convenient to get around as it was in the center. I stayed in the 'Panorama' room and was really happy with the beautiful view. This was the first place I wanted to stay again! Room was perfect for a short stay in the Dolomites. Conveniently located next to the main road and near the center of the town. Room and the hotel appear to have been renovated recently so the room, common areas and the exterior feature a modern look. Possible to leave the car at the hotel garage. The room had a large balcony facing the town. Lovely breakfast and Carol an amazing host, always making sure we had a pleasant stay.
