Having a room with a view of lake Garda. Having a washing machine room at the back of the hotel. The restaurant at the pool side was brilliant and staff were great.

No kettle. Possibly a British thing, but... Linen ordered but not there, so having to get linen and make our own beds at 10pm a pain. Kitchen lacking in kit. No cheese grater. Lots of steps, perhaps not ideal for anyone who has mobility issues.

Quiet setting, excellent pool/ Sun lounger areas, with a great Bar and Restaurant next to them. Appartment perfectly good for a holiday visit, perhaps the bare basics of kitchen utensils. Superb views of the Lake and mountains opposite.

Wifi was bad and no towels bed cover incl. They charge 15euro per person. It was not clear at the beginning and not mentioned when we asked for missing set at reception. The safe was out of order because of missing batteries.

It felt more a charter destination and to pay 15€ /person for sheets felt like a crime! We could not bring our own sheets as the model in Italy is very different from Sweden. To pay 60€ for sheets when staying for 2 days was not worth it. The lack of sheets and extra cost was not sufficiently mentioned on the Booking site.

Walls are thin. Easy to listen to the neighbours. When it is a family with kids, you will wake up in the morning with children.

Location is great. View from balconies is unbelievable. Pools were clean and not overcrowded. Big balconies with table, chairs and sun umbrella.

There was no air conditioning, the hotel couldn't provide a fan, the rooms are dated and very small and although there are 2 outside pools, they were quite small which made them tricky to use when filled with children and lilos.

This hotel had stunning views over the lake and mountains.

The services was not satisfied. our bath sink was block after tow days they solv the problem and we didn't have WiFi network in all our stay in hotel. they promised to fix but didn't

We liked everything! The terrace view was mindblowing, the aparment was spacious and clean and the whole area around the hotel is wondefull! The apartment was well equipped and the staff was friendly and nice.

The apartment was old fashion, smelly ,not really clean and there were insects. The wifi didn't work either. Depending where your apartment is sometimes difficult to be reached, a lot of stairs and a really labyrinth.

Renting bedding was a surprise, booked quickly so maybe over looked. Not convenient for a single night. Driving to the hotel was a bit hairy, narrow mountain roads.

The service, the staff at the reception was unfriendly and rude. Maybe if we would have been Germans, the attitude would have been different. There were also many surprises like we were told at the beginning that we can change the rented towels and bedding any time, but it was actually possible only during the cleaning stuff working, and later the change was also billed, no one informed us. For 10 days of stay, you did not get even extra toilet paper, you have to have that too. It is also poorly equipped. There were plates and cups, but no salt, sugar, soap, liquid to wash dishes, garbage bags or kitchen towel. When we had to leave 2 days earlier, they did not care and added that they have plenty of guests and we won't be missed. The only thing that was nice about it, was unfortunately the view.

The View, that was just fabulous. Pools were also nice, but it seems to be more a place for older people. If you just go there to stay for few nights for the view and you have your own bedding and towels with you, it might be nice. For longer stay it is not very comfortable, as it is on the top on the mountain and the trip itself takes a lot of time and fuel :)

Old furniture, 2 single beds assembled together with zip ties and 2 single bed mattress, which parted to the sides all the time

Breakfast was tasty, free parking spot near hotel, and most likely greatest view in area, but could not enjoy that during awful weather
