They have only 5 parking lots, what is not enough for this big complex of apartments. Probably you will have to park your car in nearby parking garage.

The shower head holder needed repair. It was difficult to have it aim correctly due to the broken holder that couldn't be tightened to hold its position. A minor quibble, but a better coffee maker would really have been nice.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great location to walk to a lot of interesting places and the main square. Lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, and places of interest like the Roman amphitheatre.

It was very dusty, when we entered I had to clean the floor because of floor dirt. Also, pillows are realy dirty, when I took off pillow cases, pilows were covered with all kinds of stains - really not pleasent to see on what we were sleeping. Couch is very old and not too comfy.

The terrace was closed on our day of arrival. We arrived in the early afternoon and had to check-in by ourselves. It worked perfectly well but I personally prefer somebody to talk to at the reception desk. However, there were no real problems and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartments are situated around the corner from Canale Grande. We parked the car in the parking garage Molo Silos, which was 14 euros per day. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the shower was very good. There was a washing machine, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a kettle. We didn't use most of these things but I guess the apartment is perfect for a longer stay. There are lots of restaurants and cafés in the area.

You can hear everything through the walls and windows. The traffic of the very busy road as well as noises from the other apartments. Not something for relaxation / people with light sleep. Kitchen equipment is okay but misses key pieces

The shower was really small. May be hard to use for some people. The furniture was a bit old but it did not spoil my experience a lot.

I liked the place in general. The room was really spacious, the location was good. I booked a parking place in advance in an underground parking nearby so it was convenient. The hotel allowed to stay with a pet, which was a benefit.

At a push, the bedsheets smelled like they had been aired beside a deep fat frier. I think, by saving money on not using a tumble dryer, they air dried their bedsheets. Unfortunately, they are right beside a restaurant and the sheets smell like it. This is my only criticism though!

An excellent location, both for transport (an easy walk to the train and bus stations) and leisure (easy to get to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés). A really spacious apartment which I'd return to in a heartbeat!

Ok a couple of observations, not complaints, kitchen did not have a small pan and no kettle, shower was disproportionate to the rest of the room a little disappointing, reception opening time were changed with no notice so I could not check out I almost missed my flight, receptionist was less than friendly

Noise from the street, but no fault of the property that garbage is collected in the middle of night. For me it was no problem that the bathroom isn't new but the tiny shower cabin was. Great to have kitchen with a real fridge/freezer but it could be better equipped. Wise from experience from apartment hotels, I brought my own reading lamps. They came in handy! I don't like cleaners coming into my room, but weekly cleaning is a bit too infrequent.

We only stayed for one night but it would have been nice to have some tea or coffee to make a drink. There was half a roll of toilet paper but according to our instructions that is not normally supplied which I don't think is acceptable.

The location of the apartment was convenient for the train station and the town centre. It was, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were not properly cleaned in the corners, on cupboards and in the bathroom. After we were bitten by small animals. Maybe they were bed bugs. We informed the hotel about the problem and received a discount for the time. The rest of the hotel is great. We hope that this is an isolated case and would still recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. The apartment was very large and has everything you need. Kitchen equipment is available and except for signs of consumption, which are normal, everything was given. Bus connections directly surrounding the hotel. Restaurants in 3-5 minutes on foot to reach. The port and the sea are within 7 minutes walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and eager to help directly with a problem.

It makes sense to book an apartment with terrace only if it has a proper view (this costs extra). Check it in advance.
