Service & cleanless - during our stay (Wednesday - Saturday) we did not get clean towels, the garbage was not thrown out nor apartment was cleaned. Bathroom is very old and not clean. Kitchen is not equipped. The bad is uncomfortable

Toilet supply (shampoo, soap, paper...) - only for day or two stocks, if you plan to stay for more days than you should bring those things with you.

Excellent location, although we had street view it was really quite, well equipped, a lot of free space in apartment. Close to majority of touristic points, also railway station less than 10 minutes away on foot. Employees on reception desk willing to help and find best answer for each question we had. Heating very good (January). Just around the building is big square Piazza Oberdan offering public parking (blue lines) on the street, payable on vending machines

the place was very dusty and dirt, under the bed we found some old food left there, there was a lot of dust under the beds and furnitures, the bathroom wasn’t on the same level than the rest of the apartment

Since it was on the 6th floor, the light in the morning come straight so it's hard to sleep as there are no blinders. But other than that it was a nice place for a weekend getaway.

Decent location - very close to the key places in Trieste. Spacious studio equipped with all needed. The paid parking was just 5min away and we left the car for only 16eur/day.

The kitchen appliances (hotplate, oven, fridge etc) were of good quality but the kitchen equipment was very sparse for self-catering. Could have been better.

Very pleasant, clean and comfortable modern apartment, centrally located and extremely convenient for bus and railway station. And at a very reasonable price - excellent value for money.

There was so many little things wrong that stopped me scoring it higher. Here are a few. Not properly fitted out kichen eg, lacked wine glasses, vegetable peeler, cutting board etc. The TV offered a poor selection of stations and no way access subscriptions or apps. Had to ask for linen and towels to be refreshed after more than a week. There a big skip bins for rubish collections in the wndow facing street this happens every night around midnight and is very loud.

The Location was excellent, The room spacious. Lift access was avaiable. The WiFi was excellent.

The only thing that I could think of is the size of the shower. It is very small and there is no place to put the shower gel and the shampoo. So if you are big size person, it could be a problem I guess.

Fantastic view to the city from a huge terrace, comfortable big bad, in general the apartment is very spacious! I would like to add that there are big windows fill the apartment by light, love it! There is a washing machine which helps a lot. You also have moka and the boiler and facilities to cook. The check-in experience was very easy and the staff sent all instructions in details in advance to make is as smooth as possible.

The fittings were "tired". The washbasin was cracked, the settee arms damaged. The previous guests had not done a good job of washing pots and cutlery. It was difficult to wash pots because there was no dishcloth.

The location and private parking were excellent. Very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The size of the apartment was ideal and the furniture layout was good. Plenty of wardrobe space.

The short opening hours in reception were surprising, but really no problem. But the receptionists we really helpful and friendly, so this is really just nitpick.

The room was very nice and well furnished, the balcony was just amazing. Everything was clean and in working order. If we find ourselves in Tierste again, we will be booking here.

The kitchen drawers were dirty from the outside, due to their design the dirt gets stuck easily, so they need to be cleaned throughly. The apartment might need to have some fixing done, the basin external ceramic layer was cracked.

Nice location, 10 minutes from the main square and close to some supermarkets. Well equipped apartment. Check-in was smooth and the reception replied to all our answers easily and quickly.

Everything is pretty old.

It is very central. The balkony was huge. It was equipped with everything we needed.

Apartment was on the 8th floor but lift only went to the 7th. Atmosphere wasn't great with instructions and notes everywhere and a long list off dos and don'ts presented on arrival, in the room and at reception, lift and other open spaces.
