We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicWe had arrived at 2.40 p.m. Despite this our check in was delayed for about 2 hours because the room was not ready by our arrival.
Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with all crockery and cutlery. There are two parking places in front of the hotel. If both parking places are occupied, you can leave your car in 300 meters from hotel for free, using hotel parking card. Very close to the beach, literally 1 minute walk. 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the beach are included for free. 10% discount in the hotel's restaurant. 5 minutes to the water park.

PolandMattress on the bed wasn’t too comfortable and pillows where too thin for us. Besides that everything was great.
It is really nice and tidy place. It’s well equipped in all the necessary kitchen utensils so you can make a dinner by yourself. Location is very good – you can get this really positive vacation vibe. You can have bikes at your disposal. They also give you beach beds for free at the nearest beach, which is really great. I really recommend this place.

GermanyWhen we arrived we immediately found that the lamp above the bathroom mirror was broken. The bracket was loose and hang down und the light did not work. We told this to the host and asked him to get this fixed. Next day we notified the staff about the issue. When we left to return home, we mentioned the broken lamp to the host again. The mirror in the bathroom is the only mirror in the apartment - that’s ok, however without a bright lamp it doesn’t serve it’s purpose, in particular for ladies.
The staff was excellent, polite, attentive. The atmosphere within the team was respectful and friendly. This includes the service manager and the host and how they treated their staff. The cooking is great, we enjoyed dinner there 5 times during our 1 week stay. The restaurant appears to be one of the best at Lido Jesolo. The place is ideal, few steps to the nice beach.

The owners of the place are so friendly and helpful, available to meet the needs of the guests. They really went above and beyond♥️ The apartment is very clean, the Kitchen equipped with everything one may need (even a coffee pot! ☺️). We were staying there with two little kids and couldn't be happier. The beach is 4min walk from home and you can enjoy there two sun chairs with a umbrella. It was 20min drive from the point you can take a ferry to Venice. We really love this place and totally recommend it!

The apartman was really nice, well equipped with a great modern air condition system. Cleaning status is also perfect, and I have to mention the wonderful restaurant below the apartman what is also has same owner like the apartman. The boss gives us 10% discount and the food was amazing, thank you so much!

Combination price-quality is very good. The apartments have all the necessary things, people are very friendly and the lady who was cleaning our room was doing her job simply perfect – everything was fresh and clean every time. Our dog was feeling herself at home 😀 Beach is 2 minutes walk from the residence and all necessary shops within walking distance.

Italy- Check in time was asked to be postponed despite written at the booking time - TV was not working - Receptionist availability is limited and should you experience issues you need to wait - We were offered to have the beach service available even on the check out day, but a family came and claimed for our spot
