we loved the property. it was clean and very spacious and so close to the town. we especially loved the terrace where we could relax with our friends and the view was great. we really appreciated how kind the staff were in accommodating our needs and making taxi bookings. highly recommend this property :)

Main kitchen/seating area is quite small, would have been nice to have sofa space for all 6x people rather than just dining table chairs.

Great location, well equipped kitchen comfy beds and and very spacious bedrooms. Lovely to have the use of the outside terrace too. Nice hot shower and lots of towels/bedding.

The place where we stayed was so cosy and warm and comfortable, close to the centre but very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the time there and are very happy with our choice. Recommended for big group of two families with teens.

The walls are thin so the noise from next door apartments can be disruptive to the peace and quiet. What you're paying for here is the location, the apartment itself is a little rough around the edges in terms of upkeep and decor considering the price but very clean.

The location is great, the apartment is a great size for a couple. The hosts are very helpful. The bed was big and comfortable. The terrace is lovely in the sun and the area is surprisingly quiet for how Central it is. There's a selection of great restaurants close by (pizza Michele and biassanot) and a lovely gelataria (majori).

The furniture was somewhat worn out, not in particularly good condition. But this is a minor detail essentially.

I liked everything about the property and have recommended it to others. The street it’s on has some graffiti which doesn’t give the true kerb appeal that the beautiful street truly deserves. But graffiti is common across Italy, so don’t let this put you off

The hot water takes a little bit to run and we didn’t have hot water during a morning. However, this is because they were doing some works in the street.

the apartment was very spacious and clean. The shared terrace was really nice, we had breakfast there and it was lovely. We arrived before the room was ready and they let us leave the luggage in their office and they gave us a map with some recommendations. Really pleasant stay!

We were five in the apartment and the single sofa bed that was installed in the living room was not comfortable.

The apartment is very well located, close to the historical center. We were greeted by friendly staff who gave us tips about the city. The apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as we were expecting.

Not all switch outlets worked and some of them came straight from the wall when we tried to charge phones.

Excellent location in the historical heart of Bologna. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate our group and also equipped with all necessary to feel cozy and welcome. We appreciated the coffee and tea by our hosts courtesy.

In one flat there was a horrible "sewer" smell coming out of the bathroom and the sheets on one of the beds were stained.

We liked the location, ease of access and check-in as well as the check out process. The staff was very polite and helpful. They let us leave our luggage there after checking ouy, before our flights.
