The breakfast was simple, but tasty. We had to wait for a free table a while, but it was o.k..

The staff was very nice and helpful! We could leave two bags in a saftey room while walking around Venice. We also received help with small injury of a toe. It´s a really nice place and the spot is perfect!

The location of this property is amazing. The design was beautiful with the courtyard. The safety protocol they have taken is great. everything requires the key tag or code so I felt safe at all time. the breakfast was not the greatest, as they didn’t have much options (very limited). The staff was great. would definitely stay here again.

Very small shower cabin.

The location worked out perfectly for us - close to the train station and car rental just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is very well maintained and clean and most importantly air conditioning was available. Also a fan. The breakfast was tasty and had everything needed - eggs, bacon, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, different kinds of pastry, cheese and bread. There was staff available to make latte or cappuccino at the breakfast room. I loved the fact that the breakfast starts early - at 7:30.

the AC in our second room barely worked. If you have luggage be prepared to carry it up. there is a lift up to the 2nd floor after that you have to carry your bags up we did 3 flights of stairs .

The hotel was very close to the train station. The Duomo and Rialto Bridge were very close by. We were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a very nice breakfast.

air conditioning was not functioning properly. Personal came twice to fix it, it improved but was not enough to keep the room at desired temperature.

The bathroom was a bit tired and shower was very small, grouting was eroded in lots of places. Decor in room was very tired. Aircon could only be controlled centrally and ours kept playing up by making clicking sounds although the staff responded straight away. One of our rooms had just enough room to move around the bed and the other room had space to lay suitcases. So a bit hit and miss on size.

Tricky to find even after being there 2 nights. Even once you are in the building it’s a little confusing but worth it

Vía De’ Fossi was a bit noisy (due to traffic) and our room faced a back patio (which was empty) and this street.

The location is excellent. Very close to the main museums.

Everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, cosy interiors, good location (close to both tourist attractions and the F.S.M. Novella station), cleanliness (everyday room cleaning), delicious and plentiful breakfast (if you check-out before breakfast, you can get packed food supplies for your travel)... The hotel is worth of recommendation and re-visit.
