Cooking plate not works, no kettle (I choose apartment with kitchen). Dirty in the city.

Near the sea, free of pay beach, comfortable bed, cooling fan works, WiFi works perfect, hot water all the time, cold water is drinkeable, market and shops not far from, friendly owner. Sea port is near. Easy to reach to the airport.

1) Breakfast was really cheap; just packaged sweet stuff 2) The host was not at the hotel; we waited like 15 minutes outside under the cold temperature and exhaustions even though let him know about our arrival time in advance. 3) The room did not at all look like the photos; the room was not ocean view, smaller and darker than it looked. 4) There was bits of hair left in the bathroom sink; it looked like shaved beard or something but it was disgusting. 5) The host asked for money for driving us to the airport; We asked the host to call the taxi, then he offered to take us to the airport instead with 30 euros. Later I learned that you can’t charge people if you don’t have a license for a business ride in Italy. So it was illegal.

It is located far from Rome, but very close to Fiumicino airport, close to the beach and the port, beautiful in the evening, close to the bus stop that takes you to Lido Centro where there is a metro. It is a very quiet place, I think it will be very good in the summer. The apartment is old but clean.

it was not so good for the price, it was actually very below average..for example, we had a room in the centre of Rome, it looked way better, we had AC in the room and for the same lenght of time we paid half the price

The man was rude and charged a late fee even tho I asked hours in advance if it was ok to arrive at 9pm and he agreed then charged a huge fee. The breakfast was a few crackers and jam/packaged things. Stayed here to be close to airport on our last night but I’d Would rather just stay in Rome it’s cheaper and easier to get to .

The hist was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room had a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. There was a key to secure the door of the bedroom.

DONT GO THERE!!!! We had an awful experience, we got there late due to our plane and I had messaged the property a few days prior to let them know what time we would be there. When we got there we were stuck out the front for at least an hour trying to call them only for no one to answer. After an hour of calling we finally got onto them and they still asked us to pay for the 30€ for late check in and we argued with that and he said some rude smart ass things to me (still had to pay after all that). The next day my partner and I were getting into the shower and the man who owns the place unlocked our door and let himself inside without knocking!!! We were naked! I had to hide behind the door while my partner had a towel around him and he didn't even apologise all he said was here breakfast for tomorrow and gave us a couple of biscuits that's all breakfast is by the way.instead of apologizing he actually has a go at us for leaving the key in the door. The bathroom was dirty and the bin hadn't even been emptied. I would never go there ever again he was such a rude man and the place was filthy. Not value for money at all, more like a bloody rip off

Didn’t like everything. the owner is rude and mean. has changed our room, what we booked just because of the other family which should have came the same dates. he gave us a room with a 2 beds but we booked with 1 double bed and balcony with view to the sea. highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT !

When we arrived there was nobody at the location so I had to ring the number on booking.com to speak to someone but they didn't understand English but eventually understood I was at the property. I had to call an Italian friend to translate some points as we wasn't given much information etc and were to leave the keys on departure. Breakfast which is included is literally just some savory items which is left in a tray for you so a little disappointed with that. No reflection on this B&B but for guidance, we was asked for 90 euros upfront at the airport to get to the B&B which was a con. The price is roughly about 30 euros so be careful when getting a taxi
