Car parking on steep hill and also seemed like not enough for the amount of guests hotel could take.

Bathroom was large and brand new which was a nice surprise. Hotel has dated decor but doesn’t take away from any comfort. Breakfast was basic but was lovely enough and set us up for the days. Staff were friendly at check in and when coming in and out of hotel.

I wish there weren't time constraints as to when we are allowed to check-in. This information was also confusing, since the website mentions 8:30 PM, but we got an e-mail saying it was only until 6:00 PM. Parking was kind of awkward as well, down a hill and with limited space.

It's an older property, but comfortable and well located. The views are amazing. Breakfast was very good. Very large room and bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Large windows in the room.

The sheets and pillows are not clean, furnitures are old, and even no refrigerator nor backup sheets in the room, then I got cold that night.

Amazing location with even better staff. The room was large and comfortable. Good WiFi and very well located to two different regional bus lines. They also gave us a bus pass which helped cut down the logistical stress of navigating a new area.

The building and deco was outdated and old. I went to the swimming pool, there was a beeping noise all the time I was there, like an alarm or smth. And the fact that our room was oriented to the noisy street was a bit tiering too.

The size of the room is very comfortable: there is an entrance hall with space to leave all your outside gear (jacket, shoes, back packs), a roomy bathroom (with bidet :) ), and a nice and big bed. Even a balcony where you can enjoy the mountain air.

The price was VERY steep - more than any other place we stayed in the Dolomites. The "outdoor pool" is a portable kids type pool - I wouldn't count on using it.

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The internet worked great and the breakfast was very nice. Location is good for Seceda (Not walking distance - maybe a 4-5 minute drive)

Everything was good EXCEPT The staff of the restaurant who were so rude.. giving orders about where to set during breakfast, how and why ! being polite costs nothing but the way I've been welcomed is extremely unpleased...( Fun fact : 1st day, the lady starts to yell because I was sitting in a table of 3 instead of 2..) same behavior with other people...I was really surprised especially that I've never had such a bad experience before !

Unfriendly staff, booked a single room switched to a double room, I was charged more than what I paid for single room, not only the room difference, it’s was not reasonable, and table for breakfast was assigned by room number, can not change but there were many tables available by the windows.

The only thing to keep in mind is that depending on how you approach the hotel there is a little hill so it's tiring to walk up with bags.

The breakfast was great in the morning and the location was just outside of the Ortisei downtown. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and they gave us bus tickets so it was perfect for getting around. We had two rooms and they were connecting with wonderful views.

The receptionist's attitude was cold and distant. which caused an unpleasant feeling A modest breakfast.

The location was convenient not very far from the center. The place was beautiful, amazing view. We got a free bus ticket which was very helpful.

30 minute walk from town, but this is only a minor inconvenience as the bus stops right outside the hotel and there is still good food within a 5 minute walk.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Free breakfast and bus pass too, and a great restaurant just down the hill.
