Nothing really

It’s great. The staff is nice. The room is clean. The price is good of money. The location is also superb, literally in front of the train station. We are glad that we did not stay in Milan but here, since Turin is such a nice city and Milan is so so over-priced in my opinion.

No kettle in the room. Very disappointed with this as had to keep going to reception to ask for hot water. For the price of the room there should be a kettle in there. Quite noisy from the traffic in the evening.

The room that I stay is too old and without renovation. Some rooms did new renovation, some don’t. If the owner wants to invest it and they can be 4-stars Hotel

Beautiful historic building, excellent location walking distance to main station. The rooms are very big and splendid with high ceilings! Breakfast was one of the best I'ever had before. They allowed us to storage our luggage until we were ready to go to airport. Bus stop to take the bus to airport was 5 minutes away or they can reserve a taxi for you.

We liked everything. Only minor negative was we would have liked facilities to make a tea or coffee in our room.

We loved the very large room with antique furniture. The building is still in the character you're visiting Turin to see. The bathroom is modern! The location is very walkable with the train station nearby. It was very cold weather and the room was still toasty warm.

Good location, very close to station and bus to the airport. Clean, room overlooking inner courtyard was very quiet overnight. Continental breakfast plentiful and good. We arrived early and were able to leave suitcases until check in.

Nothing really but just one thing to mention is that the bathroom (where the washing sink is) could provide a towel rail.

Location was excellent waking distance from the station and we walked to everywhere. Breakfast was probably the best feature of the hotel. The variety of choices really amazed me. The staff there were very efficient and all very smiley and kind. The room was impeccable: spacious and clean.

The location is super good. It's approx 5mins walk from the hotel to the platforms in Porta Nuova, which is a huge benefit for us because we wanted to take the train to Bardonecchia or Milano. It's also close to the shopping streets, nightlife neighborhood as well. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is classic hotel level, sufficient for us when we need to wake up early to go skiing. But in general, in Turino I think it's better to try breakfast in other local bakeries, since there are so many good hot chocolates outside waiting for you to discover : ) We stayed in a room of three, the deco is old school and lovely with a super high ceiling (which is a treasure if you live in Germany for a long time). I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Maybe I just got a good deal because I booked it that day when I realized I missed my train but it was a really nice room and they had a really nice bathtub so I was pretty happy.

The breakfast is rather humdrum, although acceptable.

The room (a Comfort Double Room) was large, attractive and well-equipped. The staff were capable and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the train station and airport bus stop and a reasonable walk from the main shopping areas and attractions.

My only minor complaint is the pillows were not comfortable. Unfortunately, this is a common issue in Europe, even at fancier hotels. They haven't quite mastered the fluffy, luxurious pillows. The bed was comfortable, but in the end, my neck hurt through the night.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was nice, with a wide selection of Italian pastries and good coffee. The room was huge and spotless with a nice little balcony and it was right across from the train station. There were slippers at the bedside and toothbrushes in the bathroom. It was a lovely place to stay.
