For us the pillows were way too thick. The garage is not very supercar friendly, I threewheeled down and had to take it at a big angle. There would be a possibility for streetparking though.

we wanted to take a taxi to Imperia train station at end of our stay and asked the night before from the front desk person, and was told that would be no problem and to just come down in the morning and request a taxi, which should be there there within 5 to 10 minutes. The next morning we came down to request the taxi an hour before our train was scheduled to leave with our luggage, and waited 20 minutes and the front desk could not even get a hold of any taxi in the area who could come and get us. We ended up walking to the train station pulling our luggage behind us which, in our late 60s and early 70s , was not something we wanted to do but necessary as we had pre-purchased tickets for our trip to our next stop. The front desk person at that time told us it is not always easy to get a taxi which was not considered a problem with the desk personnel from the night before. Misinformation caused us extra effort and stress .

centrally located, spotless facility, breakfasts were incredible, the staff were friendly and wonderful, and our room was top-notch. Honestly, you did everything right and what a great start to our three week trip in Italy. Thank you so much for such a wonderful job!

The terrible noise during the night from the general heating system of the hotel, nevertheless the system was shut up in our room.

The efficiency and kindness of Srta. Christina at the reception, was very helpful and willing to help us, even she recommended a good restaurant near the hotel.

Some areas of the hotel felt a little dated. Bed was not the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but fine for a night. Height restriction on car park difficult for those with a roofbox or high vehicle. On street parking nearby busy, even on a Sunday!

Location was good, near the harbour area of the city so a little quieter than the main town. Breakfast selection was good and everything was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly.

I was over faced at breakfast by the server which meant I couldn't eat it. It wasn't self serve you see and the portions she piled on the food

We booked this hotel a few days before and booked a suite. The room was beautiful, right in the heart of the city. Free underground car park. We were even presented with a gift bag on checking out containing a couple of Italian products

On site parking in secure underground car park, even at 12 € a night was good. The staff were all really helpful , couldn't do enough for you - great Location was good , short walk to waterfront. Breakfast staff were all really nice and helpful

The location was great. The stuff was very nice. Parking is located In the hotel for an extra cost. A few very good restaurants are just 10 min walk from the hotel and close to the beach.
