The window in my room was a bit broken so it was a bit cold in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. However, these minot inconveniences did not affect my stay top much and my experience was definately positive.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible. Also, everything was very clean.

Only one negative. Not so good isolation, during one night around 04:00 we woke up from the sound of TV of the next room.

It's good value for the money, so if you are looking for a place on a budget, it is recommended. But don't expect higher standards. Everything was alright to me.

The staff Giulia was very helpful and friendly during the whole stay, giving us tips about Milano and where to go, where to eat...The hotel is close to the metro station and to the bus stop that take you to the city center. Free parking at the location!

Not having a fridge and a kettle but thats ok as we already knew that disavantages.

Everything was good. From the attendant that kindly gave us an umbrella when we arrived to leave our luggage to the quietness of the street, comfortable and clean.

The hotel is in a nice kind o private street. The staff was very nice and helpful and they gave us good recommendations of restaurants in the center that are not tourist traps. The location was good as well the walk to the center is not that long.

Not so quiet you can feel the noise from the street and the neighbors doors.

I loved the brightness of the room.The freshness of the room was visible. Comfortable bed with big pillow.The view of the room was the inside of a typical villa in Milano, kinds of spots light were around, giving a magic effects. Towels for 2 were in the wardrobe fresh to use, nice floor tiles but the toilette is a bit small. Full of accessories with hairdryer, body and hair shower and a drawer full of toilet paper, for the most demanding.

A little noisy and dated but for the start of our holiday and only one night it was ok for us.

Very helpfull staff. Due to a full packed car he offered us a "special" parking spot behind a gate which was perfect. Room was ok, nothing special. We only stayed one night so it met our expectations on price/location. Tram and bus station is nearby. Also a big supermarket

Nothing to complain - all good!

Perfect location: close to Milan’s main centre with the Duomo (tram or bus ride of approx 10min) but still quiet and calm located, including parking. Professional and helpful staff, gave the right amount of information to get around and visit Milan. Helpful and appreciated their effort to keep’our car and lugage safe. Clean and spacious room, crisp’sheets and thanks to the airco and calm setting we had a perfect night. Recommend!

It wasn’t bad for one night stay. Not renovated so bathroom and furniture was dated. Far away from duomo and other attractions and tram tickets were impossible to find on a Sunday on the way back to hotel.

The room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to bus and tram. Hotel is located on the quiet street. We could park our car right in front of the hotel safely. If we return to Milan by car, we would stay again for sure!

Misleading info on booking website. The room was nothing like in the photos. It was dull and cold, no interior design. The bathroom had a broken shower, handle did not stay in place. No toilette seat cover. No lift. We were awakened before 6:00 a.m.by the loud people that rented the downstairs and from time to time you could hear the traffic.
