The property was really beautiful. Extremely comfortable and clean with great amenities with beautiful old charm too. Really fresh and cool in a warm city too meaning you are able to sleep well. Comfortable large bed and great kitchenette.

Flat is located on ground floor (street level). There is no window available at the property and only the upper part of the door frame in the bedroom opened, where fresh air could enter. The only way to find out what time of day is by opening the front door that leads to a courtyard that is also used for parking. The front door to the apartment was quite basic and didn't provide the level of security I was looking for. The water pressure of the shower was poor and the shower cubicle is cramped.

Clean and modern apartment, all amenities you need for a short stay. Agata is e great host, we had perfect communication before and throughout our stay at her property. Flat is located in an area with a lot of coffee and pizza places where you can go to. Two big chain supermarkets are available in less than 10 minutes walk and downtown is reachable in approximately 20 minutes steady walk.

The hosts were very kind, they really showed interest in helping us have a nice trip, gave us recommendations and tiny presents too! The apartment was really beautiful and with a great location, we enjoyed our walks to the train station/city centre and stopping for a coffee on the way!

Everything was great. I just personally like French windows from the ceiling to the flow but this is just my preference :-D Did not expect it in the historical district

We definitely liked the host attitude. Agata and Fabio were very friendly and helpful. the property is in good location, very close to the bus stop (both Alibus from the airport which costs 4EUR), and to the regular bus stop (we travelled to Aci Treze, Aci Castello and to the beach on the opposite side). Apprx. 20 mins walk from the train station or 1 metro station (1 EUR). Conad Shop is close and Lidl is not far away. The city center is in a walking distance. The flat is equipped with everything needed for a good holiday

There was fantastic time on Your house! Agata and Fabio were magnificient, kindly, helpful and all You can image! We were welcome inperson by host. They left bottle of good, local wine and special magnet for our fridge! Contact with hosts was excellent! Agata is really empathetic and helpful person! Everything looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean! The best hosts from our any trip on our life! I hope to see you again in Sicily in the future or maybe in Poland!

Everything was great and this is maybe not a big issue but the messages were written in Italian so you had to put it in a translator first to understand what was said, but I didn’t really mind.

Agata and Fabio were great hosts. We honestly had a hard time because we originally booked another apartment in Catania. Unfortunately we got scammed and never entered the apartment we booked but fortunately we booked Ruggero Settimo-Holiday Houses. At first we were scared that we would be scammed again but Fabio met us at the door and showed us around the whole apartment. Everything looked exactly like in the pictures and everything was clean! We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed by Agata and Fabio! As I booked the apartment rather spontaneously the morning of, I didn’t expect to be welcomed with a wine bottle as I read in the reviews. But they were really kind and giftet us a wine bottle and also a cold water bottle in the fridge ❤️ we didn’t have any problems except for the last day where the WiFi didn’t work. However, Agata and Fabio responded really quickly and tried to fix the problem.

The apartments are equidistant from the beach of San Giovanni and the central square of Catania, and you can walk to both places in approximately 25 minutes. The hosts are very hospitable, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning and check in as soon as the room was cleaned. They also kindly shared information about excursions and public transport. The apartment has all the stated amenities.

I enjoyed the stay in this apartment. Agata and Fabio were really welcoming and met us with a bottle of delicious wine and magnet. During all our stay (from 24.08-01.09) they responded all our questions and gave us some good recommendations. It was visible that in this business they put their hearts and souls, because small details all our the place made it extremely comfortable: charging cables near the bed, 2 air conditioners, washing machine, spotless apartment, full equipment kitchen and bathroom, separate place near the bathroom were you can wash your shoes, quiet inner yard. We highly recommend this place to stay in Catania. Thank you Agata and Fabio for everything

I like everything in that property. It’s new, bigger then on the pictures. Property has also utility,witch is very useful. Kitchen has everything what you need for a cooking. There is no noise around. Agata is the most wonderful host.
