We had a lovely birthday stay, thank you so much to the wonderful staff. There was an outstanding spa, professional, courteous, and welcoming staff, and a very clean and spacious room. We enjoyed exceptional pastries with gluten-free options, fresh juices, and fresh quality ingredients for lunch.

We are a family of 4 staying at two different rooms, superior and deluxe separately. The rooms are comfy with everything we need and clean, especially the Deluxe room is very spacious and welcoming. It was a warm welcome by the reception staff, Julia , from the first moment we did check-in. After a week in Naples, we planned to come here to relax. So most of our time we just relaxed at the rooms after breakfast and then at the pool for swimming or sunbathing/reading. It is a good surprise of pool staff serving a round of watermelon every afternoon at the sunny pool side. Very warm and attentive gesture! Restaurant quality is good, both breakfast and dinner for their good quality and service. I like that the breakfast with lot of choices of croissants and pastries. Restaurant staff are very friendly especially the managers who always carried smiles. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay through we think that the usage of sunbeds and parasol at the pool should not be charged extra. And a last tip that you definitely need a car if you stay there. Otherwise you have to rent a car like what we did, or spend splendid expenses by taxi to go anywhere to or from the hotel. However, there are a few restaurants and a supermarket in the neighborhood (within 10mins walk) If you want a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Warning at reception that you need to pay 2 euros for a bathing cap to use the pool would have been nice, instead we only got the info by rude clientele and pool staff.

The receptionist at the hotel could have been more precise regarding spa etiquette considering I have specifically asked how it worked, in the end after i turned up at the spa booking, the lady made me do a double trip to my room and go change in the spa kit unneccesarily as i had everything with me and there were change facilities there. Also very minor but for such a good spa facility, i would have expected the hotel room to have at least a body cream kit.

Without a doubt the SPA facility, the best i have ever been ever 10/10! Truly truly recommend! Some of the staff is very welcoming, shout out to Moreno who kept me company during my solo dinner! The room is spacious and the bath tub was amazing and very confy.

The pool was not clean enough.Even though there were families everywhere some young couples were really doing disgusting things in the pool. The attendant was trying to be careful about warning people but i think the number of attendants should be higher. I think it wasnt necessary to pay for the pool, the hotel customers should be able to use it for free.

The rooms were very clean and wide. The breakfast was perfect. Everyone was friendly.

- At first, we received a very terrible room: next to a highway, very noisy, and there’s a light switch right over our headboard which caused us accidentally turned it on during the night. Of course I and my bf couldn’t sleep. So I told the receptionist to change the room. And she’s very rude and showing attitude. I had issue with this girl not only once. She always looked unhappy to talk with customer and not understand English well. And when I wanted to change the room, she argued that our room was one of the best ones. But the other girl was very nice, she showed us the other 2 options to change the room and always smiling. It happened the same with the waiters. One day I got extremely nice servers. The other day they didn’t understand what I said and didn’t bother to find out or bring what I needed. - I love the spa but it seems like they’re so short of staff. I couldn’t book an appointment for my mani/pedicure. Hope there will be more staff in the future. - The hotel is in the highway so you can’t really walk around. Driving to other places is near, but people there have no respect to traffic laws so expect to be extremely stressed to drive.

- After changing our room, we had a breathtaking view. - The services in the spa are top-notch and various. - The breakfast is very cheap (5 EUR) but good quality. - Dinner deal 25 EUR has great options with 2 courses of meal, a side dish and a dessert with a bottle of water. Everything is included. And the menu is changed everyday.

Everything was perfect. Spotless cleaning, incredible pastry at breakfast, awesome views and a great location if you come by car. We stayed for 5 nights and we were sorry to leave. I made a reservation for 3 rooms for my family and everyobe was super happy with my choice😁 Keep up the good work!

Nothing to dislike. Place is wonderfull.

We had car break down on the road between Salerno and the hotel. Along a dark road. We called the hotel for assistance. An angel from the hotel reception saved us by assisting and calling for immidiate road assistance. We cherish your humanity and care. The morning after, same angel.lady at the reception assisted again in trying to contact our remtal company and ordering a taxi for us. This is all in addition to nice clean wonderfull hotel. A wonderfull place to stay. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.

We came with high expectations from this 4 star hotel and were disapointed as it felt like an old fashioned hotel. Unlike in the pictures the standard rooms require refreshing !

Even as a guest you must pay a fee to use the swimming pool and pay to hire the poolside chairs.

We chose this hotel as it represented great value for money, whilst being an easy drive to all the major attractions of the area. The deluxe room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. We used the spa facilities which were fantastic. We took dinner a couple of times, the menu was good and service very good.

Breakfirst finished at 10 am, which was too early in weekend as most of the guests went there around 9:30.

Delux rooms are very clean and nice. Standard rooms are a bit old. However, whole hotel is clean. Hotel has a spa and pool outside.

The service was excellent and the food delicious. However there was very little shade in the garden and hardly any space on the balconies to have an evening pre dinner drink. The bar area had seating but someone was watching football on the tv which was loud and intrusive for other guests. We were in room 103. We had to close the curtains completely to get privacy making it dark in the room with little air. I say all this to be constructive. We enjoyed our stay
