We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBeautiful property in a perfect location with wonderful views, gardens and an amazing restaurant. Our suite was incredibly spacious and well decorated. But above all the staff were fantastic, both in the hotel and the restaurant. So friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help and give us tips on where to explore. My son loved the hotel cat as well. It was the perfect start to our trip.

United StatesThe hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the nearby town of Malfa. The restaurant does not have a full menu serving only snack bar type food. There was techno music blaring from the terrace when I arrived not matching the images implying a place of rest and relaxation on the web site. The power and water went out for about 24 hours—the toilet did not flush, there was no electricity or AC etc. they did comp me for my room that day. Perhaps they need to get a generator.
A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and easy access to a beautiful beach. Very friendly, kind, helpful staff. Clean, nicely appointed room.

United StatesReally nothing, though it you have to resign yourself to walking up and down a lot of hills. Especially to get to the beach. Not a fault of the hotel of course: you’re on a volcanic island. In Paradise.
Our rooms were spacious and spotless. We had an ocean view and it was spectacular. The staff was insanely nice and helpful. We ended up spending an extra night! A 10 minute (uphill) walk to town but enough out of the way to feel private. Continental breakfast was more than enough, though one day we just felt like something else and they accommodated us (for a charge)

CanadaApart from restaurant associated with the hotel, there were no other eateries immediately nearby. However, the Malfa town center was a 15 minute walk away, with several excellent trattorias.
The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, plus it was well air conditioned. Breakfast was served in a covered outdoor patio, which overlooked the Tyrrhenian sea with a view of Stromboli in the distance. We especially appreciated the excellent service from Federico and his staff at the hotel.

The onsite bar has the best view of the sunset and the daily breakfast was very generous. Overall a perfect location in Malfa, it's a 5 min walk to the beach, 10min walk to the main street for restaurants and shops

Simply Perfect! Great location on Scario beach (Malfa) with stunning view, very friendly staff, very clean, great attention to any customer need, great breakfast selection and very nice room. Strongly suggested is also the `apertivo` at the sunset.

MaltaThough having a sea view our suite ( all of the hotel) is located across the road therefore with a ground floor room you end up seeing part wall part sea. In addition havibg the small terrace on the street can be a bit noisy as all scooters and cars need to pass from here.
Staff were very kind and helpful especially upon check in and during breakfast. Junior suite was clean and spacious. Staff was very accomodating even during breakfast. Excellent sun set views from bar/lounge area.
