Everything was wonderful. The staff super polite, the room spacious with all amenities (large bathroom, comfy bed, Google TV), the breakfast very nice (fantastic breakfast area). Great views from roof-garden! The hotel is new, the facilities are great. I am usually very strict with hotel ratings but this one deserves the best rating!!

Excellent location and superb hotel with a classy style, lovely comfortable and quiet room, beautiful garden and a bar roof-terrace, with a view of Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. Delicious breakfast, with excellent service in both a garden and interior breakfast room. A very welcoming staff, friendly and professional. All staff were very helpful and informative, very happy to answer any questions, have special touch and made you feel at home. Senthos have a link with very useful recommendations on where to eat in Rome and locally. A little gem in the centre of Rome.

Some instructions leaflet for English speaking guests would be helpful. I didn't know about the roof top restaurant until I figure out on my own.

The property looks exactly how it is displayed in pictures. Decent room size and well maintained. It's fairly new property located closer to main attractions in walkable distance. The reception staff are so helpful. 'Gemma' in particular was kind enough to help me with identifying local authentic Italian restaurants and even booking comfortable cab for airport drop. Thank you Gemma. Staffs at breakfast place are so kind too. Over all an impressive property worth every penny paid.

Location could have been better. It was in between train station and town - closer to train station. Long walk to attractions, and a bit in the middle of nothing much. Also was somewhat pricey.

Room had a kitchenette. Pleasant, large room, nice view, small balcony, pleasant roof garden with view and bar. Great complimentary croissants, good breakfast, many amenities. Lovely garden on ground floor, and pleasant lobby.

It was awful experience I ever had. All nights and mornings were awful, because of neighbors above us. It was not possible to sleep, because they were very loud, jumped, trumped, crying baby etc. Each evening we have been in contact with reception, but no solution. We wrote and called reception, but no result. From romantic and relax vacation we have got awful experience with no solution from hotel. No sleep in the evening, and no sleep in the morning for 300 eur per night. No compensation, nothing... "Automatic" glass transparent doors must have some stickers! Very dangerous, cut my hand and almost cut my head.

Everything was great. The only recommendation would be better pillows.

The hotel is beautiful and modern and very comfortable. we loved everything except the pillows. But even those were not that bad. The restaurant is delicious and the staff are so friendly. We stayed on our honeymoon and everyone was so friendly and went above to make sure we had a great time in Roma. They handled reservations and restaurants, made recommendations, called taxis, and were always helpful and friendly. The location is great as well.

The Sentho Hotel in Rome deserves 5 stars. The staff were friendly, the room was excellent, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rome.
