A lift would have been an added plus point but as the property was on the first floor and steps are not very high so was great specially when you have a lot of bags . Just had difficulty initially in figuring out the lock system as I had never seen such locks before but we figured it out later . The rooms would get quite hot in the middle of the night inspite of us putting the air con on low but not sure if it was us not doing something right.

The location was lovely .. just about 3-5 mins walk to the Spanish steps and Spagna Metro station . The house was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was user friendly . Had everything you would need . We had a lovely time and great 4 days . Would surly visit again . Chris was a great host and was helpful and his instructions to reach the property was very helpful.

Maintenance is not good, smelly laundry begs at the entrance, the only place that didn’t put coffee capsules. Key was not at the key box when we arrived, but the staff guided us how to enter even tough it was late at night.

The location is FANTASTIC. I really liked this apartment, it’s really big and easy to walk everywhere! The surroundings are amazing, as there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket in case you are interested in cooking home. Chris was a really proactive and responsive host, he was very clear with the check in instructions + he made recommendations for us. FANTASTIC place, definitely don’t miss out the opportunity to stay here!

The day before and during our stay our host was great at corresponding, however I tried to contact him multiple times leading up to our stay and had no response. Made me feel concerned that we would not have a place to stay given it is. ‘Self check in’ with no person on site.

this place is very roomy and cozy for family stay in Rome. a perfect location for shopping luxurious brands and near so many good places near Silver Spanish’s steps. the host, Chris is very kind and honest. if you wanna stay in Rome. this is a perfect place.

This was one huge apartment that was splat into two and the main door leads to a small corridor and from there each unit has a door. For two nights we had noisy neighbors which was a bit annoying (they kept getting in and out late at night waking us up). This unit has one bathroom (including a shower) so if you're 4-5 people you need to be considerate about using it.

The location is amazing: right in the middle of the center of town, lots of bars, restaurants, stores etc (2 minutes walk from the Spanish stairs). There is one bedroom for the parents and the kids sleep on a couch that opens and is pretty decent. It's good for a family with 4-5 people if the children are still young, or for a bunch of friends that don't mind sleeping in the same room (or even share a bed). The facilities are great (good wifi, loved the coffee machine :). The owner is very nice & helpful! If you need more soap or towels you can usually find extras in the cabinet in the corridor at the entrance. There's a small supermarket down the street, when you get tired of restaurants (or on a budget) I recommend buying some products and making your own meal!

All was great!

Very chic, stylish and perfect location. It is very well located and it was easy to get to the main places by foot. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and the bed is big and comfortable. Inside flat everything was brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedroom is cozy, the bed is just awesome. Kitchen with living room are big and comfortable. Apartment are very cozy and warm. Underfloor heating is a big plus for me. Large, sunny, quiet apartment in a perfect location. Big thanks for manager for professionalism and punctuality. The cleaner are very hardworking and friendly. Thanks a lot, it was great❣️

A small detail, a plug on the tv was dislodged, it can easily be fixed, but otherwise the flat was very cosy.

The place is very central and cosy. Since we arrived early, although the flat was being cleaned, they permitted us to leave the luggage..

Some of the Furniture in the main room was bare wood unfinished, outlet in kitchen was falling out.

Bathroom has mould everywhere and the shower had not been cleaned for seemingly a long time. I had to put a towel down in the shower to avoid standing in the dirt. Owner forces you to send pictures of your passport in advance which is a bit sketchy and then the key to the building is digital only, so if your phone runs out of battery then you're locked out.

The flat is in need of renovation. The bathroom is dreadfully unpleasant. Pictures do not represent the condition of this property. We had problems with the boiler and had no hot water the first day. Hence we had a cold shower in the morning. Something very inconvenient for me is the storage of luggage. The check out is at 10:00 and our flight was in the evening. The host could not accommodate our luggage so I had to take our suitcase to a deposit nearby. This was stressful for me. The boiler is in the master bedroom. There was a lot of noise If the heating was on during the night. I did not have wifi the first night because the host only replied to me in the morning. The information in the welcome sheet is not up to date. You need to check the router outside the property or ask Christian for the password. I would not come back to this property.

I really like the location. It is conveniently located. Minutes away from Spanish Steps
