Everything! It was easy to find and a short walk from the railway station. It's a delightful building with a lot of character, and you feel a true sense of local history. My room was spacious and clean, and breakfast provided so much choice I could have eaten there all day!

I booked a room based on the pictures provided on Booking, but upon arrival, I noticed a significant discrepancy. The actual room differed from what was portrayed in the images. While the room was clean, the furniture appeared much older than anticipated, surpassing even my own age. This mismatch between expectation and reality was somewhat disappointing and affected the overall experience of my stay.

The breakfast is a really nice selection of different types of foods, displayed in lovely crockery. The coffee is unfortunately not good at all, but there's an espresso machine available as well. We got lucky in that we had a very nicely decorated and very spacious room that was also facing the inner courtyard, so it was quite peaceful. Some other rooms they have on their websites don't look as nice, but our (the Coellina room) was above our expectations.

Very good location. We only stayed for one night as we were on a longer train journey, and the hotel was perfect for that as it is located very close to the main train station yet already in the town centre. We had a comfortable, spacious room. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of different foods.

The balcony overlooked the inner courtyard and not a sight. This was not indicated on the Booking page. Having breakfast, one of our phones started ringing, which we immediately muted. Despite this, one of the waitresses jumped to our table and said that it was not allowed to use the phone in the restaurant. This would not have been necessary, as we saw it too and therefore the phone was muted. This was an unfriendly move from the waitress.

Everything was fantastic. Receptionist was very kind and wanted to help with everything. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacefool. The hotel is in the city centre. We would defenitily come again.

We stayed here for the second time and again this year the Wi-Fi in the room did not work and this time there was no parking space available.

No refrigerator in the room (not like there was much room for it), but I think you might be able to ask for one, as there were several of them standing open out in the hall. We did not, as we were only there for 1 day.

The hotel seems to have been put together by joining different buildings, so the ways to the room might get a bit confusing. This is probably not a barrier-free hotel (ask before booking). The personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was good too. Our room was a bit small, but we were only there one night. Our bathroom was spacious. We arrived by bicycle, and they had a place to store and lock them, however that entrance is open to the street during the day.

Our double room strongly smelled chlorine, in one hand it mean it’s clean, in the other it’s very uncomfortable.

Perfect location on the Main Street and a few minutes walk to train station. The most delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Comfortable room with nice bed linen. Nice bathroom. Easy walk to city sites and with the free train pass from the hotel was great to visit lots of the small villages along the 5 S Lines. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with a good choice of local dishes.

It was all excellent!

We did not have breakfast here. The clerks at reception were very accommodating and we were able to leave our bags safely stored in the morning and checked in early.

Location was excellent - short walk from the train station and to the bus station. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of cold and hot dishes. Beautiful decor in the breakfast rooms which were decorated in blue and white. Hotel was very close to restaurants and cafes.

Great location in Villach, attached to a wonderful restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the train station.
