Other people can stay in rooms at the property - so if you have noisy kids like mine it may affect other guests.

Location is great - 5 min walk to Ortigia, Alexandra is easy to deal with, family room worked well for us.

The great host makes sure you are comfortable. Everything was super clean, bed comfortable, breakfast good. The location is great just a couple of minutes from Ortigia and 10min from the busstation.

You do not have your fridge in the room. Juat the one in the kitchen that everybod can use. Because you are in the city traffoc it is a bit loud but if you want to be in the city this ia how it is. Also the sounds from other rooms were a bit too loud.

Location is perfect. You can see all city on foot. The room was very big. Also there is a kitchen to use for all customers.

There's a fair amount of stairs in the property - was not a problem for us, but keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility problems.

Alessandra was quick to respond to my messages and even accommodated us for a very late check-in. We've stayed in a number of bed & breakfast on this trip and Alessandra's is the only one who made food/snacks/fresh fruits accessible all the time. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, everything worked.

Great location. Short stroll to old town sights, restaurants, and bars. We came with a car, and B&B just a block from large pay public parking — EasyPark App. Host was great!

The house is situated on a busy road so would probably be noisy with the window open. The entrance and staircase are dirty and depressing although the apartment is in good condition. Breakfast is do-it-yourself, which you might consider a plus or a minus!

Good location just outside Ortigia - good if travelling by car. It was nice to have access to the kitchen to make tea or coffee.

Due to COVID, the kitchen wasn't properly prepared for a visit. It's something that surely will be fixed soon. Because of that, breakfast was provided at a nearby gelateria but the options were really limited.

Great staff. The B&B is really charming and the location is ok to visit the city. Also, there's free parking around the place, which is really a plus.

Not enough hot water for everybody. My husband had a hot shower, mine was lukewarm. The breakfast was poor. And the description of the BnB says that there is a parking place included. There is not. You can park on the street if you are lucky. I was quite upset since a parking place was mandatory for me. You shouldn't note there is a parking place if there is not.

Our room was impeccably clean, very spacious and at an awesome location- just a few blocks up from the bridge to Ortigia. Our host was incredibly kind and extremely accommodating!! The complementary breakfast was so appreciated! We would stay here again without question!!!

Lovely room. Great shower. Fantastic location ..just a few minutes walk to the main sights of Ortigia. Fabulous breakfast…cheeses, ham, variety of juices and yoghurts. Bread, toast, brioche. All in all a wonderful stay in Syracuse.

The approach to the b & b was through an apartment block , up some stairs. Parking on street was extremely difficult as such a busy road. If you couldn't find a free space then you had to park in a pay car park,€15 for over night parking ! Breakfast extremely basic.

Location to old town excellent. Very clean and comfy. Excellent size room and good ensuite.

She was very quick in communicating with me several times before my arrival and was waiting for me at arrival to help me settle in. My experience was ruined by the fact that I left the window open on June 4, 2022 and at 4:30 AM, I found 30 or 40 misquitos clinging to the wall around my bed. Every one I killed had my blood in it. Then I was up until 6 AM trying to kill the rest of the misquitos in the room. Every time I laid down and turned out the light, I heard buzzing. It was a disaster.

The proprietor is a very lovely person.
