Shower was mouldy, floors weren’t clean, dead insects everywhere. We are not fussy by any stretch of the imagination, but wouldn’t recommend. was a last minute booking so kind of our own fault. Literally slept there and left first thing in the morning so served its purpose.

Not good value for money. Apart from location all other amenities was average. To mention anything specific, water flow in bathroom was slow, no hand soap in bathroom, even the dispenser was broken with nothing in it. Did find old left over soaps in bathroom But positive side some major attractions are walkable from this property and many dining options

Not value for Money. Room is very ok, you need to open 3 doors with keys to get to your room. Its a below avg place which would be great for low price if you trying to not spend much but we ended up paying 90Euros for one night and it was definitely not worth. Although the senior person at reception was helpful, it was difficult due to them not being able to speak English.

although we were satisfied with the hostel staff and the location, the room was not very clean. The bathroom door was not closing. Since we stayed for 1 night, we did not have much trouble, but the price was high despite these.

The location of the hotel was 13 minutes away from the train station. and much closer to the must-see places. The hostel owner is a very nice gentleman

My stay was enjoyable overall, but unfortunately, I was able to hear the noises coming from adjacent rooms due to the lack of soundproofing in the walls. Additionally, there were a substantial amount of mosquitoes in the room, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I found the rooms and bathroom to be exceptionally clean, and the location provided excellent access to the city center.

Old rooms and old doors and old locks. No parking. Payment machine was not working. Price high according to the area and the oldness of the room At 9.45am a lady came to ask us when will we check out. The shower gutter was blocking so it was very inconvenient to say the least while taking shower. A bit smelly rooms.

Tea /coffee facilities in room would be an advantage,no reliable wifi,shower and toilet facilities need refurbishment very badly,had trouble locating owner to get key which after a long day travelling was not good.

Only 2 towels provided for a quadruple room. The bathroom had soap wrappers and a mask hanging from the previous guests.

The location of the hotel was really good, walking distance to most musea, places to see. Close enough to the train station. We were able to leave our luggage all day, which was nice since we had a late train.

Everything. The owner did not communicate at all and handed the phone to another guest who spoke English to talk to us. We didn't realize that she wasn't part of the management so when we knew we were going to be late, we texted her. She didn't respond, for obvious reasons. The owner charged us a service fee for air conditioning and wifi that didn't work. When I walked out of the apartment in the morning, he was only wearing a shirt, with no pants or underwear, so I got a good look at his butt. It was ridiculous. I'll say that the location was good, but the rest was horrible.

The toilet had some kind of a very bad and stinky smell coming from the vents the last night we stayed there. Also some equipment ( like the toilet flush ) was slightly damaged and didn't work very good.

Very nice and comfy location close to SMN station. Helpful owner regarding the check in despite the language barrier ( they dont speak english ) but the employee cleaning the rooms did speak English and was very helpful also.

We didn't like anything about our stay at this hotel.

We did not like anything. The electricity at the entrance to the building was out of service so to climb up the many flights of stairs was dark and dangerous. We are seniors and it was very very difficult to go up the stairs carrying our heavy luggage. We do not recommend this hotel.

No guidance on where to find the “hotel”. 24/7 front desk….there is no front desk. It’s a man in his pajamas and you walk through a living room/office type space. The bedroom was BARE MINIMUM. Even when it comes to lighting. It felt like staying in a prison. It reeked of sewage. Once we used the toilet we found it wasn’t properly connected or sealed to the floor. No AC, it wasn’t that hot so we weren’t concerned, but the room is weirdly damp and hot. The old man is nice, but this is an emergent stay only type of room, maybe €50 euros if we are being generous. Many hostels I’ve stayed at are significantly better than this. Location does not make up for this.
