I found the organisation a bit chaotic but it can be ignored. And our room didn’t have city view even though we booked that way.

I was in the city for the congress, besides being very close to the congress centre, everywhere is within walking distance. Breakfast, cleanliness was quite good.

We had never seen a room this big! With a little foyer, sofa, fridge with a bottle of Prosecco and the best view of the Duomo! The location was perfect and we left the car there and they took care to park it; Amazing! We left the luggage because the room wasn't ready and they took it up to our room, when we left they kept it for us as well. Chiara and the staff were very nice too.

This is not really the fault of anyone, but unfortunately since there is an outdoor portion of the hotel, there were many mosquitoes (I killed five that came into our hotel room, and we were bit several times while sleeping).

The staff were easily the best part of our stay. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. Our room was also clean and modern. Loved the rain shower and the complimentary slippers as well as the luggage storage.

All was good but if 1 minor issue albeit not too bad either: the airco system. I understand and believe in sustainability but you had to ask downstairs to adjust your temperature and only that was possible in a certain range.

This was a perfect stay! Location is perfect, right in front of Medici Chapelle, next to Mercato Central, 5min walk from the Duomo and plenty shops/restaurants around, yet it was quite and not loud in the rooms. The rooms are comfortable, good beds and nice bathroom. There is a bar and a nice lounge. The breakfast was amazing, buffet but really nicely done, not these typical “big hotel buffets”, but rather sophisticated. The staff… wow! Loved Angela, but honestly all of them! I did my fair share of traveling but this staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly: reception desk, breakfast area. I never had such sweet attending! Top notch!

The hotel was about a ten minute walk from the train station. It was within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was attractive, clean, spacious and quiet. Our king size bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind and did their jobs well. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Hard to find much to fault about this place, if you're expectations are reasonable. The beds were a bit firm for us, but still we slept well. The breakfast buffet was typical.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was good. The price, for the holiday weekend we booked (at nearly the last minute) was also good, relative to other similar hotels. We drove in following the hotel's directions (not sat nav) and parked with the garage they arranged — all of which was easy. The hotel definitely met our expectations for a 4-star Italian hotel.

We paid for a family suite with a view which included two beds and a sofa bed per the description. We thought this was perfect so our teenagers could sleep separately. However be aware that even though they advertise three beds we were not permitted to use the sofa bed. They wanted to charge us $50 euro for sheets to use the sofa bed!!!! The lady at front desk was rude and insisted we have two big beds which is enough for four people so if we wanted an extra sleeping area (sofa bed) we would have to pay $50 euro more. The description says they charge per person but they charge for sleeping spot (or sheets). My kid ended up falling out of the shared bed that night! Also be aware that they will come into your room any time you are out. You must keep a card in the wall to keep them from coming into your room. There is no do not disturb door hanger. While we were resting and housekeeping came in. On the first day, we left for a little while and came back to notice they took our blankets away! My kids were excited to use but after the sheets incident I didn't ask for blankets as I wanted nothing to do with her front desk anymore. They had a price list for everything in mini bar. They also wanted 14-16 euro pp for breakfast. I felt they nickel and dime you even after paying so much up front which I wasn't expecting.

This hotel is located in Piazza San Lorenzo which is perfect to walk to any site in Florence. We found ourselves able to pop in and out of room throughout the day while visiting sites. Also easy walk from the train station. The hotel facilities are great. We had a nice big room with a separate little foyer with a table and two chairs. Also two separate areas to hang and store luggage. The beds were comfortable and while the piazza was loud during the day it was quiet at night. Bathrooms was spacious.
