We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Italywe booked splendid hotel but when we arrived there it was closed everything so we have got shocked …..if they tell us before when we booked we didn’t be panic, we went to hotel near by even we didn’t know the partners hotel ….we try to find the way and the reception of majestic is not so nice …any way they should tell the client before or they shouldn’t put on the booking if they closed….
hot spring pool is very nice and clean . good breakfast. they have big park dog also very happy to stay:-) very good price and nice facility.

BrazilWe had to stay outside the pool area because we were with a whippet dog. We couldn't see the pool and our children because they put us behind a wall of bushes. Terrible. Not a pet friendly hotel.

NetherlandsVery big hotel, checking in by radison hotel , not very clear where Splendid hotel was, but it seems to be the same. A bit outdated wellness Hotel, with very friendly professional staff (reception, and breakfast). The rooms are nice and comfortable, but also a bit outdated. Environment is green and quite, I had a good stay: for me as business traveller it was special. Nice place for a longer stay and time to relax.

United KingdomThe AC in the room barely works and sounds like a jumbo jet! The whole complex needs love. Looks dirty and unkept. Need a paint ASAP and modernising. The restaurant menu had 4 options only. The Speke did hotel is like a ghost ship. My room was here but all facilities are in Majestic hotel. Meaning there was nobody at reception of Splendid - therefore no security at all in the Splendid building. Basic stuff!

GermanyPersonel in Splendid Hotel ... I understand bad day but Lady from the office there was Totally unpleasant. On a question "do you speak English?", I heard "If you want..." Sorry 😐 not in 4* Hotel. In a room u can't take a bath 🛁 ...it doesn't work... only shower.

ItalyOf the three hotels in the thermal spa complex, only two were active, and I had obviously picked the third one... confusion was handled efficiently though...
The 'pool' is beyond description, very large, and very very nice water... volcanic springs... nothing like it for the skin and hair, and an assortment of jacuzzis integrated into the pool complex! Massage setup and gym are also excellent, and so nice to have a very complete bar right on the pool. Food was very good, complete breakfast and wide selection of lunch options, dinner was hard to get to because of everybody going for dinner in the hotel, but the dishes were fine and modern, though the local cuisine is also excellent. The room was great, balcony and great reception on the tv....

Great place to stay during visiting Venice, Padwa and Verona. We were moved to Sporting hotel as Splendid was complately empty. The swimming pool, breakfest and green park were the biggest asset. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be happy to come back one day

FinlandWe didn’t like being moved without our knowledge to another hotel,. Most of the staff seemed almost rude. Our room was clean but was falling apart and outdated.
We were transferred to another hotel nearby. The pool was nice in that hotel. Coffee was really good at breakfest, breakfest was ok.

Hungarymosquitos and room was very dirty, arrived first to the room that was not done, they have assigned another room which got stains of mosquitos killed on the wall all around, below the bed were disquisting stains, matteess was too hard

ItalyEverything was beyond our expectations. We were so lucky to have transferred to Hotel Majestic as the hotel splendid was under renovation (or closed during winter time). Our room was exceptional, so spacious with big bathroom. Breakfast was also wonderful, with 5 star hotel quality. When we ordered orange juice, they brought us spremuta di arancia (freshly squeezed orange juice)! We love hot springs and we have been many Terme in Italy, and this place is without a doubt, one of the best so far. Temperature was perfect for outside terme, and we ended up staying there for 4 hours! It was that good. Thank you for making our stay so special.
