The humidity is pretty big in the apartment and it lacks more ways to ventilate it. The windows are not enough to have fully fresh air in a short amount of time. One more thing that could be improved, would be to replace the TV with a smart TV to access YouTube, Netflix etc.

It was a very nice place to stay, located very close to the Vatican and in approximately 30 min walking distance of many important attractions from Rome (Castle Saint Angelo, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, etc.). The host is very nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and had all the things that you would need to cook for yourself. Recommend it!

Finding the place was not so easy as we got dropped off on main road and the appartment is in at the back of a sort of yard area off a side street.

For a +/- three night stay in Rome the location is excellent being a stones throw from the Vatican complex. The little appartment was clean and tidy with all the essentials

Perfect location, cosey apartman, lots of nice restaurant around, mini shops and near bus station. Our host was very helpfull from the minute we booked the apartman to our last day. We stayed there for 5 nights. I highly recommed.

We were unsure where the apartment is as it wasn't very clear until Vinz sent the video. To be clear, it's on the rooftop. It's quite difficult to bring luggages up and down the stairs.

It's a cosy little apartment that has most necessities. It's very close to the Vatican and main attractions in Rome. Most shops are walking distance away.

The only thing that we didn't liked was the bar chairs, they make noise, and would advice to add some slippers because the entire apartment is covered in tiles

Very close to the st. Peter's Basilica. Our host Vinz was very helpful. And would advice future guests if you going to buy some groceries go to the other side towards the metro station (ottaviano) 🙂

We didn’t have internet at the first moment, since the host changed the Network name and we didn’t know (we were trying to connect from the information left behind the door). Afterward I managed to get in contact with the host that then informed about the new network & new password- but I would’ve been happier of this information was shared before. The TVs also didn’t connect to the internet, we had only the several Italian channels available, which were useless since we don’t speak Italian. Host was communicative and offered to come and fix the issue, but travelling with kids and in a short period, we decided to let it be… not that tragic 2 days without TV.

Well located, clean, small place but ok for a short stay (really near to the Vatican and good bus service). Breakfast was good, per person 1 coffee or tee, 1 juice and 1 Croissant - need to walk to the Cafe Bar in front of Vatican.

The most disappointing part is the breakfast which is not a self-service. You need to walk some minutes to get you breakfast (1 Croissant, 1 Coffee and 1 jounce), which I really did not expected.

The room is highly facilitated and clean. The host is so friendly and helpful. He replaced the stove very fast after we found it brocken. You need to make a connection with him at least one day before check in.

The shower - took a while to get warm and would go really hot every minute or so. Don’t flush toilet or use sink etc before going in the shower as it will taken even longer to heat up. As far as I could tell, there was no way to open the shutters so a lack of natural light during the day but this didn’t matter too much since we were out for most of it. Some noise around but nothing compared to staying in the city centre.

Great location - 5 minutes to Vatican and St Peter’s, 20 minutes into city centre. Felt safe at the property with 4 locks on the door and a locked gate. Great kitchen facilities and comfortable room with fantastic air conditioning!

We're not convinced the A/C was fully functioning during our stay. We stayed in several different places across Greece and Italy, but this was the only stay where we felt the room never cooled off below 78F. We weren't able to enjoy the breakfast included because of how far of a walk it was from the apartment and out of the way of our destinations both days. The shower was getting moldy and a little gross.

The apartment was cute and generally clean! Great location, especially if you are planning on visiting the Vatican. There were several good restaurants a stones throw away, as well as a couple grocery stores. The host was a good communicator.

Bright apartment. Bus stop 64 that takes you to centre is just across the road.Same with restaurant’s and super market. Very responsive host. (Fellow travellers: If you choose to arrive at apartment with public on first day with luggage, still go with bus 64 though you see option of train to Roma S.Pietro. Thats a regional train and quite full). Bus 64 outside the station is much easier.

The bed looks like (but didn't) it will fall apart. The place is clean but needs a bit of a touch up for scuff marks, dust in corners, etc. The room seemed damp - I imagine it would be cool in the winter.

Breakfast was at a cafe a few blocks away. It included juice, a coffee (or tea) and a pastry. The staff were friendly. Location is great - so close to St. Peter's. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store up the hill. Communication with the host was easy. There is a small table outside - nice to sit and eat outdoors. The bathroom was bigger than many we'd used in Italy.
