We booked this hotel for 2 days, the booking dates were wrong, so we put our humble request to reschedule the booking dates, but they refused to do it and let us pay for it, the staff treated us like animals and we had to leave. After one night stay we paid for 3 days and stayed only one night as the hostel was not safe.

They don't have luggage room or early check in... the place is far away from the city center. The rooms are not confortables, the place close at 00.30, so forget about going to any club or bar. There are just two bathrooms for the holeplace and the showers are not clean at all... For that price is better to go to another place. And if you want to sleep earlier forget about it, because the owner speak really loud until midnight.

Never have I ever stayed in a such filthy place, that hostel should not even be opened. First; the elevator, so dusty and compact. Second, there is a curfew, you can't come in after 12:30, which is insane. One night I stayed out in another night, and I got call from the hostel asking if I would come in or not, def the worst experience ever. Beds and sheets were extremely old and some of the very very old. Staff would enter in the room without even asking permission, they would enter and start cleaning. Thus, there is no staff member in the actual hostel after the curfew hours, leaving yourself sleeping with strangers and as it is a very low cost place; you can imagine what kinda of people stay there. Also, the baths, like there are only 2 baths for I don't know how many people, the baths are dirty, filthy and so unpleasant. They had the brilliant idea to have a bath in those showers, such a stupid and nasty idea. Anyways, after staying there for almost 6 days... it was my worst experience ever ... I would not book that place again... not even to save my luggage.

I believe it's not a hostel but a residential property converted into a hostel. So amenities are not the same as expected. The toilets and basins were clean but a slight attention can be given to bathing areas also. I wouldn't say it's completely dirty but could say tacky. If one is paying, he expects a little warmth of the place. I reserved a mixed dorm, but on reaching there I was regretting it as I didn't really find it comfortable psychologically. Id highly recommend booking.com to filter out the places of stay on their website. The pictures are not always enough.

Honestly, nothing much, because I have stayed in better places for the same price. The landlord can do better.

The owners and the personals are very rude and strange. They run the place like a military base and you have to take the order. At the night at 1230 doors will be locked and light off and can not ENTER the place until morning 0930 and inside not to talk at all, not even very low. After check out you have to leave immediately with not a second delay. This is a place you never will go again and I have been in hundreds hostels .... NEVER AGAIN

If you are anti-smoker, DO NOT STAY HERE. A staff smokes inside of the hostel even though there are prohibited smoking. People are allowed to smoke at the balcony so you would suffer the smoke from there. Dormitory doesn't have air conditioners so avoid to stay in summer.

Me and two of my friends spent a night here. Very nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. We slept very well even in the tropical heat. The bathroom and the kitchen were also clean. The common area is welcoming, the hostel is smoker friendly (no smoking inside but there are balconies). The city centre is within reach with public transport. The owner was very generous, helpful and kind. We had a great talk. The wifi works very well too, no lagging. Overall, we had a great time. If we ever come back to Milano we will make sure to book this hostel again. Star hostel = love ❤️
