Needed a nightlight in the bathroom!!

This is a very pleasant experience. It is a clean,well maintained and well stocked. CONDO that was worth every penny. Was great for one night with family and could easily provide first class accommodations for weeks. View of the lake was SO BEAUTIFUL

That we had to leave to back home and to work.....lol

I liked everything, however, the most important things I observed was how "clean" the property was...I'm a person who cleans my home from top to bottom. So, when I stay somewhere I bring cleaning products to clean. Well, I was surprised that it wasn't much of anything to do. Everything was sanitized, neat, and comfortable. The whole set up was nice: The jaccuzzi tub, wifi, the kitchen, location, and of course, being able to see the "sunrise/sunset" and to fish from the balcony....we caught bass and catfish. We've already reserved again for MARCH a week at 25% discount on them!!!

I didn't like that the parking wasn't assigned, but that was no big deal.

I liked the location of the apartments--over the water. Very convenient fishing area, and food was very close by (and affordable), with a nice pool lounge.

When we arrived front desk had no idea that we were arriving. Booking.com did not communicate. But the lady in office did an amazing job to find us a place.

What breakfast. Had no information. The black binder our room had none. Our stay was short. It rain every day, but it was very peaceful. My wife had a great time.

The shower smelled of rotten egg. People next to us were smoking pot on their balcony while my child was trying to fish. Spider webs and spiders are all over the balcony. The pool was a community pool for a whole neighborhood, we're a birthday party was taking place during our stay. Parking spaces are very tight for SUVs and trucks.

The location was perfect, loved we were able to fish from our room. And had a kitchen to cook in when not feeling like getting out. Loved the view & being able to see ducks and eagles. Restaurant, pool, and park were all around the facility. Not too far from several different attractions.

Now the only bad thing’s are that the staff was rude this time , I had to call the after hours line for my keys , no one answered the first call . And I had to pay a deposit this time that I was told would be returned and I haven’t seen it yet? note this was back in July and it’s September now . then when ask for a late check out I was yelled at that they don’t do that and that if I was late I would be charged $25 every 15 minutes. now that was crazy .

So we’ve came out two years in a row to celebrate our anniversary and it’s such a great place we love the rooms , the view from our house, the way its quite and clean.

the booking times were misleading. I was told the booking would be at 4pm on 6/4 and then I received an email saying i could come at 0600am. If i had known this i could've come earlier. When i asked the front desk they said " oh that's how they like to set it up". the dish washer over flowed and spilled onto the floor. I had to chase down the security guard to find out what the on call maintenance number was and he didn't know the number. However, the maintenance man was really nice and came promptly to fix the problem. The property is very dated and could use some attention.

Staff was very dry. They gave me a huge hassle about a 3rd parking pass so I spent all weekend looking out the window so my truck would not be towed. So if the 6 adults who are allowed in the room are couples one couple can't drive because you only get 3 parking passes. An on top of that the sink broke. In 18 years of visiting this property this is by far my worst experience

the condo was clean very nice amenities the unit was directly on top of the lake you can fish off the patio area so peaceful. very nice restaurant on the property called the wave
