I only stayed for one night and left the morning after; based on that I found no faults with the place. I would recommend this place. And I would come back.

The staff is very friendly and the communication was excellent. Checking in was seamless thanks to the information received from the hotel. The premises are near the airport and can be reached on foot. The room was very spacious and it exceeded my expectations.

I think everything was perfect.

Perfect location if you need to be close to the airport. It is 20 minutes walk from the terminal and there is a safe walking/cycling path. The room was very spacious and clean, and had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. The facilities were fairly new and well maintained. Staff were kind and very helpful as well. Great place!

it’s not about the hotel itself. you should remember that this is a classic Italian village, so dinner is served at 7-8 pm, not earlier!

amazing location. very easy to find. two restaurants nearby, one shop and cafe just around the corner. the hosts were very kind. you can also ask for any sort of help. 15 mins from the airport.

The location is excellent near the Bergamo Airport only a 5 minute taxi ride. The rooms were spotless clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very well kitted out. The host was very friendly, gave us good instructions for check in and check out and helped us arrange an airport shuttle. The rooms were very quite as far as we could tell despite the hotel being near an airport. Would stay there again if I had to use the Bergamo Airport again.

Close to the airport, spacious room (very), fast communication, clean, stayed here for just a quick stopover but would certainly consider a longer stay at this hotel. Due to its proximity to the airport a certain level of noise has to be expected but past midnight it was all quiet till the around 7am.

The airport noises until midnight and again in the morning are very loud due to the proximity of the airfield. Also there is a church near by and they had a weird need of ringing the bells EVERY 15 minutes in the morning (starting 7.30) and this could be heard a little bit too well to the rooms. So if you are looking for a longer nights sleep in the morning this is not really the place for that.

The proximity to the airport and car rental was a great thing. It was very easy to walk from the hotel to the airport even during the evening so a car ride (that we purchased and worked well too) was not really needed. The staff was super helpful, and the videos of entry, walking to the hotel etc. were an icing on the cake. Apart from the noise issues, I would recommend this very highly!

Very friendly owners and staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Also a main advantage for me was the location. 20 minutes walking distance to the airport terminal. I just walked there for my flight. There is a bus stop nearby where one can get a bus to the town centre and train station. There are good local restaurants if you are not in a mood to travel downtown. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks

Probably the best option for price/quality ratio not far from the airport. A small, clean, cosy hotel at walking distance from the airport, good breakfast, attentive and kind staff. If you are looking for a short transit stay in BGY - have no doubts, definitely recommended.

This is my second time staying at this hotel on a trip to Milan. Family hotel, wonderful attitude of the hosts to the guests, clean and cozy with everything you need. Much cheaper than accommodation in Milan, there is convenient transport, walking distance from the airport. The proximity to the airport saves a lot of worries about getting around. There are restaurants and a large shopping center very close by. On my next trip to Milan, I know where I'll be staying.

All was perfect. Smooth checking in and out, very helpful front desk, Recommended us a good restaurant for dinner, offered a taxi to the airport, but we opted for walking as it takes no more than 20 min.

Everything was perfect! I came to the hotel late at night, all the instructions they sent me the day before and I didn't have any problem. The way from the airport takes 20-25 minutes walking, the road is pretty okay for walking with a suitcase. The room was clean and there was everything I need, small teapot with different types of tea bags and a cookie were especially cute. All the people in the hotel were very kind and friendly.
