WiFi connection almost non-existant (good for the internet detox but not if you need to do the online check-out for the flight). Quite noisy in the room due to the location - no soundproofed windows.

Location really good, close to the Termini train station. Clean room and bathroom, even change of towells every day.

The accommodation is at a separate building from the reception and we had to walk around 10 minutes on the other side of Termini station. Sometimes the room was very hot and noise came from a generator locked in cupboard.

The room very beautiful and modern. The bathroom was rather spacious. The accommodation was a couple of metres from Maria Maggiore Basilica adn Termini Station. Towels were replaced daily as well as the room was cleaned daily. The host kept our luggages for a day as we had a night flight.

Bed sheets could Be a little bit cleaner

it was cold there (our fan was working and making some warm air, but I guess it wasn’t powerful enough to make this warm) it was 4 outside and pretty much similar maybe 6 inside , but they gave us 2 blankets, so sleeping was fine😅

very friendly,helping and pleasant staff:3 good location, it was clean enough, not ideal, but fine,they gave us two towels, cleaned everyday and gave soap and body&hair wash, there was working good enough hair dryer

Bed could be a bit more comfortable. But other wise I was really happy!

It was lovely and clean, everything was about 30 mins walk which was fine and very close to the train station like 10 mins. Plenty of space and perfect for a little base when you spend most of time out and about.

there was a machine inside the property and we couldn’t sleep that well. the receptionists didn’t answer my texts to help me turn that off. it was horrible

The check in was a little confusing. We booked and checked in thru Sun Moon but was accommodated at Palma Residence/ Hotel Enrica.

The hotel was near the Rome Termini station and is accessible via walking or through buses. Our room was on the first floor and a door led to the garden. I like Italian toilets because they have a separate washing basin that acts as a bidet.

The location is far away from the main sightseeings. Minimum you need walk 30 min to reach the center. Room was on the 1st floor, so all the noise from outside was heard very good. The window was closed. In the room was dark all the time

If you are for travelling and don't wanna stay in the room a lot of time it's ok. Close to termini station. Hot water, AC was working ( as I was in December and it was raining and cold outside,) and really needed.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good value for money. Room is clean daily and towels are change every day. Good localisation - 3 minutes to Termini stadion. About 30 minutes to main places in Roma.

Would be good to have teapot at the rooms (some people like hot tea during relaxing at the room). Especially when you are with friends in one room.
