United KingdomI will definitely stay at this hotel next time. Everything was great. I want to thank all the staff for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks to Daniela, Lukas and Michele- their hands saved me from back pain. The hotel's swimming pools are equipped with 10 types of water massage, there is a sauna, a room where you can breathe Gemolai salt, a gym, and a relaxation room. The food in the hotel restaurant was always fresh, very tasty and beautiful. The hotel is located near a bus stop, so it was very convenient to go to Padua. The center of Abano, the market (on Wednesdays), the mask museum, Villa Bazzi are within walking distance. This is a great place for rest and recovery. A taxi from the M.Polo airport to the hotel cost 150 euros, but later I found out that you could get to the hotel by a direct bus, tickets for which could be purchased at the airport. Buses are comfortable, convenient and much cheaper. A bus ticket to Padua costs 2.70 euros, and to the station in Montegrotto 1.70 euros. The hotel reception will always tell you where you can buy a ticket for the bus.

Everything was top notch,big hotel room (mine was standard) at the last floor,a/c working properly,nice modern bathroom. Great and spacious spa,the pools and the garden simply perfect. More of this: one of the best hotel restaurant I’ve tried traveling in Italy. Staff is present and kind,a positive mention to the waiter at the restaurant area,he has been always smiling and helpful.

FinlandToilet and shower could have been in their own room, so that water is not coming easily with your feet to living area. It would have been nice to have possibility to make coffee or tea in the room.
Everything was nice and clean. We stayed in junior suite, which was having balcony with town view. Bed was firm and comfortable and sofa also. Shower was spacious and separated from toilet. Spa-area and pools were close by, just took lift down. Pools were big enough for swimming and water was comfortably warm. Athmosphere was peaceful. Food was good specially on dinner. Parking was free and there was a lot of parking space. Staff was polite and nice.

United StatesA/C capability in our superior room was marginal. It was 35+ outside, and we sure wish it could have worked better. Missed vegetables for breakfast, one morning I asked for tomatoes and got half green ones? Some cucumber, peppers and of course the fantastic Italian tomatoes were missed!
Exceptional staff- thank you for everyone for the great service- Erika at check in- and the lovely gentleman at the night shift also at check in. He offered us coffee at 6 AM before getting on the road, since breakfast doesn't start until 7:30.

The hotel absolutely deserves its name! It was a very pleasant stay indeed! The staff was super friendly, we slept well in a very comfortable and quiet room and the food was delicious. The wellness area is amazing, including the relaxing area with the salt wall. There was enough parking space. It is just a short car ride away from Venice and when you're done experiencing the crowed, yet beautiful city of Venice, you can go relax at the pools, including a meal at the "bar piscina". The place is also very child-friendly. We will definitely return!

United KingdomAir con is poor, i was on the second floor and with the air con on the room temperature was still unbearable seems it is centralised so cannot be made cooler. Hotel is in a remote location difficult and expensive to travel out from. Hotel breakfast was poor- selection of biscuits and cold meats and cheese. Croissant and no bread/toaster facilities - limited dinner, the bar sold nice pizza but timings are not reliable and they sent chef home early and dont like food being delivered to the hotel even though they closed their facilities early. Some staff were not friendly and in-fact were VERY rude. We checked out early in the morning (approx 4:30) due to a 7am flight and they had closed reception and were angry at the time of departure and wouldn’t open the door without a lot of back and forth advising check out was 8am. Although signage was not clear nor was it explained they didnt do later check outs? Weirdly staff were available and the system was on so not sure what the problem was.
They had three good sized pools with hydo facilities plenty of sun loungers and a bar close by. Friendly atmosphere at the poolside and very clean. Inside sauna also.

United KingdomThe rooms above the swimming pools are overlooking a cemetery and have little view of the actual thermal pools .The cleaning products they used were extremely powerful and left a very strong smell in the rooms (108 and 316) that gave me a migraine and made me want to stay away from the room for most of the stay. Not suitable for people with perfume /chemical allergies. The breakfast was boring and as mentioned before the head waitress was not very professional as she was seen telling her staff off in front of dining guests. Lastly Abano city is such a bore at night , sleepy town even in July when it should be high season. Perhaps the whole area it is recovering post covid . It’s sad as it used to be a very popular resort back in the days.
Wonderful thermal spa with kind staff , Ms Rosa at the mud bath was sweet and attentive , Ms Daniela was knowledgeable and gave me a sublime and relaxing Californian massage plus face treatment and Mr Francesco at reception sorted out my room choice and swiftly moved me to a better suite when the one allocated wasn’t to my satisfaction.
