Better hairdryer would help a lot. Need a sundry and snack shop of some kind. Nice buffet options upstairs but no option for a la carte except downstairs restaurant. Seven eleven a few blocks away fine but inconvenient for quick needs.

It is a fabulous location at a fabulous price. The room is fine. Upgraded lobby since my last trip. While front desk busy, they have a series of nice people helping with the line. Those gracious people more than made up for occasional brusqueness of overworked front desk staff.

Apart from what I like, what was not impress was the welcome staff at the reception. There was women walking around while we checking in. We were family of two parents and three of young children of 5 and 3 years old. While adult busy checking in at the counter so we asked our children to wait at sofa. Frankly, they were kid and was a bit playing on sofa so the women who walking around there which suppose to greet customers told us to stop children from climbing the sofa which is totally agree so we did tell them and they immediately stop and behaved. After that we turned back to continue our checking in process and then the women again told the children who now sitting nicely and quitely and the little 3years old who probably tired from early flight laid down on sofa. The women asked us to not let the kid laid on the sofa. I understand that probably not look nice if adult doing that but with three years old should not be strict much. We did not intend to rest there. Just want to check in and leave. What the women expect my 5 and 3 years old to do was sitting straight on sofa? And that time the seat was not full and we only use 1 long sofa for three children to share. i could not find the reason why cannot let my three years old laid down on the sofa while another 2 of 5 years old sitting nicely accompanying there young brother. We didnot expect the women to help taking care of our children at all but please if parents busying checking in at counter and might need to leave our children unsttendance a bit maybe if they just want to lay down waiting for their mommy woud not ruin any image of hotel right???

The location was perfect for us whic close to where we planned to visit. The room with bay view is quite nice and impress to enjoy the symphony of light show through our window. Room is big enough and cozy for this price.

The hotel was fully booked and we were not able to get an extra bed, so three people on two single beds was not the most comfortable experience. Room service is not provided daily, this is an understandable trend that I've seen in other countries, but there should be an option to pay extra if we want our rooms cleaned daily, or have some facilities for guest to empty trash or self clean if needed during the days housekeeping service is not provided. During our visit the swimming pools were under maintenance, but I did not see this information on the website, so I felt let down that we were not able to fully use the facilities. If it was already on the website then I must apologize for any misunderstanding.

Great location, can see the symphony of lights, many restaurants in the area, close to MTR, close to shopping area. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean and hotel staff were always helpful.

Swimming pool was closed during our stay. Room decor starting to look a bit dated.

This is the second time we stayed at YMCA Salisbury in the Harbour views suite (2 adults and 3 kids), 2 kids shared a sofa bed and they added an extra single bed (at an additional cost) in the room. Located at Tsim Sha Tsui across Victoria harbour, it is 5 minutes walk from a MTR station entrance and 10 min walk to Harbour Mall. We had an amazing Harbour views from our suite. The breakfast at the Haven was a great way to start the day, super convenient and had many options available. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not open during our time there, the kids were very disappointed. The rooms are a bit dated but had everything we needed. Having laundry facilities at the hotel was very helpful when travelling with 3 kids.

The harbour view room is worth every penny. Location is fabulous for the Star Ferry as right on the waterfront. Easy luggage drop off before check in. Rooms comfortable with fridge and slippers.

Good Location and short walk to MRT station, K11 Mall, iSquare and nearby many restaurants. Convenient from/to Airport by Citybus (A21). Hotel is old building but acceptable as room size, temperature control, free wifi and view. Staffs are helpful, good manners and friendly. 1 Universal Plug provided.
