When we turned on the water to take a shower, the temperature was not the best, meaning that it was not the hottest and we couldn't get it higher.

I like the fact that we were close to a supermarket, the facilities met the expectations!

Few mins from airport , And few mins to city c and train station. Bed is comfortable, toilet always clean. Easy to self check in. Good contact with host via whatsapp. Recommend it in that price, we had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very old. Lamps in the room were not working, the sink in the shared bathroom was losing water everywhere. Not recommended for longer stays (I would never stay here for more than 2 nights.

Easy check in online. Fairly close - walking distance - to main train station and also city centre. Ok price if you use the b&b just for one night sleep over.

The water pressure in the en-suite is dependant on the main shared bathroom, so if someone is using the communal bathroom then you are unable to take a shower in your private bathroom until they are done. The parking is on street in front of the building and is only free till 8am. There was a gate leading into and around the property for parking but no one opened it and when asked about the parking, the owner told us to use the on street one. The heating was not on, and there was no way to put it on as the dials on the radiators were taken off and the thermostat was preprogrammed to be on 18.5, which after a rainy day with wet clothes did not do much to help.

The location and apartment were very nice with a kitchen and lockable doors.

The bedside plug sockets were unreliable but the place worked well as somewhere to sleep, wash up and catch a plane.

Needed a last minute bed to catch some sleep before a flight. Wasn't sure what it was going to be like but the staff were friendly and helped ease some hectic travel stress. Less than 15mins walk from the entrance to the airport.

1)We didn't know we had to call the host at the arrival. It should be written in the info. 2) The room door opens really loudly. So if a neighbour from the next room goes to the bathroom the entire apartment wakes up.

We liked the fair price and a good location. We really appreciate that central heating was on! Overall a pleasant experience.

The B&B was close to airport, 5-10 minutes in foot. Also it was close to train station. The area was very quiet. The room were clean, also the apartment was very clean but you have to share the bathroom and this was not something that we prefer. The owner was very polite and very helpful, it was easy to communicate with him and he help us for everything that we need.

A bit noisy from trains and planes. The information about the key box could be sent a little bit earlier before the arrival. Some guests were a little bit lost there because they didn't know about the key box.

You can walk from the airport there. The key is in the box, so you can arrive anytime. Tea and small cookies in the room.

The shared bathroom can be an issue, particularly if other users leave their pubic/head hair on conspicuous display. The shower is primitive - you hold it in your hand and spray yourself. It would be good if they could fix it to the wall. The pillows need to replaced - the ones I had were lumpy.

This is an ideal place if you arrive late at Pisa airport, or need to get up ridiculously early to catch a flight. It's a short walk to the airport, and even faster on a Ridemovi bike (just get the app). The staff are always very helpful and respond quickly to messages. The key can be left in a security box outside the front gate. I have stayed here quite a few times.

The bed was creaking a bit loudly even with just a slight movement.

Convenience of location to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Just around 10minute walk. Even with luggage, easy to navigate. Good sized room even for a couple. Easy check in/check out process. I didn’t get to interact with the staff; all communication via WhatsApp/ email. However it worked well for me as I arrived in Pisa late in the night.

In the kitchen many tools were missing. The fridge was leaking.

The check-in and check-out was easy. In the room was everything we needed and the train station was very near.

Missing the small things - pen, spoons, sticky notes for the guest wall, scissors. And the big thing - sofa ...you really need that here in the kitchen. Then the place would be more cossy.

Perfect place to stay for that kind of price. Everything works well. Clean. And perfect location - near rail station, Airport and city centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely return here if would visit Pisa again.

Heard lots of people ringing the doorbell in the middle of the night as there’s no reception. To solve this could be better communicated that you have to ring the host to get the instructions to access the property.

Apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. It had tea and coffee making facilities as well as free biscuits which were a lovely touch. Only stayed here for one night and was good for what we needed.
