Everything went smooth from the first minute until the checkout, the hotel is incredibly clean and waiting areas smelled nice. Also Concierge staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Thank for an amazing stay.

Our biggest (and only) complaint was the lack of storage space in the bedrooms. We were only there for 3 nights, but still not enough space to store our clothes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class.

Wonderful hotel, in a perfect location to explore Venice and ideally situated for the water taxis. Unlike most old fashioned glitzy hotels in Venice, this is a very modern, recently refurbished, beautifully decorated and furnished 5 star hotel in absolutely pristine condition. It is very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for!! Breakfast was outstanding and you had a choice of waiter service or the buffet, all absolutely delicious.

I liked everything about this hotel.

5 star experience at its very best. We had one of the most relaxing experiences in a long time. Facilities were modern and super clean. The room was immaculate and Room Service was super grate. The location is one of the best. I loved the bar area sitting by the window with the canal view. Simply Amazing.

aircondition not working, a deep buzz from hardcore ventilation (I presume COVID related) was keeping me up some hours of the night. view to Canapé grande is very limited. minibar widely empty - not what one would expect.

best staff in the world, fanstastic Barkeeper, overall the way it should be. the Building is nice and interesting - entry area via boat is misused for luggage - not super nice but ok. best tomato sauce in history. the best Bloody Mary since Burj al Arab

Shower leaked alot. Asked twice for it to be fixed. Nothing happened. Also TV did not connect to iPad and the technican just shrugged when we asked how we could connect
