Inconveniently-placed power outlets for recharging electronics. Limited dining options nearby. Wi-Fi password in welcome materials was incorrect. The correct password is on a sign at the front desk. All just minor things.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Airport shuttle service worked flawlessly. Pre-arrival communication was excellent.

There is NO shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There is a paid shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

Fine as an airport hotel. You can walk (if you do not have much luggage) along the side of the road / on sidewalks for about 12 minutes. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Early breakfast

Shower was very small, and the shower floor grout had rotted away so it looked dirty and outdated. Our air conditioner could not be turned to “high” because it would make an AWFUL banging noise and never stop.

Very friendly staff, Matteo was very helpful. Has a great, cheap, restaurant nearby.

We selected the hotel for its proximity to the airport. Location for that purpose is excellent. We spent less than 12 hours there. It’s extremely well set up for travellers. Even breakfast service starts at 4.30 am for those who need to catch earlier flights. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful even before arrival with information and advice.

The room was a bit care-worn. For example, one lampshade was missing, the footstool had worn upholstery, some of the lightbulbs needed replacing. Not many eating options in walking distance.

Close to the Marco Polo airport and easy to arrange a shuttle. Good temperature control.

Noise was a problem. We could hear other hotel guests very clearly, including conversations and use of the bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel is generally outdated, but cleanliness helps make up for this.

Only 4 mins drive from airport with cab costing 15-20€. Very clean, welcoming team who work at hotel, check in straight forward. Very large family room, 1 king room, 1 with 2 singles and an additional bed in the living area.

hotel was little help in airport pickup options at 12:30am. understandable but it was frustrating

close to Venice airport and had family rooms that fit our family of 5. took bus #5 from airport at 12:30am and dropped off 200 yards away from hotel. super easy and taxis were nowhere to be found.

Surrounding areas not attractive for walking. Need a closer decent place for meals not available at the hotel.

The filter on the air-conditioning was clogged and it wasn't working as well as it should (loud fan) that should be cleaned on a schedule I suggest.

Shower did not drain in first room, so was moved to different room. Shuttle fee to airport was a bit expensive for a very short 3-5 min ride.

Overnight stay before flying out next morning. Friendly front desk staff, and hotel right near bus stop from Venice. Standard 3-star hotel, as expected for typical Best Western. Glad to be able to leave luggage in storage before check in

The room was too small especially for two people and the price of the room was too high for the room size and accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was by a few restaurants & you can walk around the residential area. The breakfast the hotel served was good. In addition, it was by the airport and across the street from public transportation.

Staff was inaccessible when needed to check out in the morning even though I gave them a wake up call. Had to wait at the counter a while.

Location is good for going to the airport early the next morning.
