Older and more run down than the pictures online depicted. No Smart TV as they had advertised. For over $700 per night expected more of an honest depiction.

Great location. Close to Piazza San Marco and the Grand Canal. Brand new bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast included was a nice perk too!

This suite had a small lovely kitchen area with all the facilities but unfortunately nothing to eat, of prepare food with. The bed was a little hard for my liking.

This was a lovely spacious room in a great position to explore Venice. Clean sheets and towels every day! Lovely shower and bathroom.

    Great location

Awesome suite complete with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and a patio. My only issue was that it was hard to get too. A sort of adventure involving many steps, corridors, and 2 elevators. 😆

The best choice for a charming short Venetian sojourn
    • Leisure trip

Rooms are separated from the main building as well from the breakfast hall, and it takes few steps and stairs to reach them: not a problem for us, but it can be challenging for people with limited mobility. There is a kitchenette, but the stove is not working, and no utensils are provided (I was hoping for at least an electrical tea kettle, or glasses): again, not a problem for us since I ended up buying some tea and sugar at the Supermarket nearby, and boiling the water on a mug in the microwave. I expressed preference for a room with a balcony, but it looks like it was not available: not a big deal, since our room was very comfortable. TV was not working, and even if a member of the staff was sent immediately to take care of it, the problem persisted: once again, not a problem, we vere in Venice! Very basic amenities: there is just a small sitting area near the Reception Desk, and the bar was permanently closed. Breakfast was good and adequate, not too many items, few fresh choices and several packaged products, but all the essential.

Perfect location: superb, quiet, comfortable, nicely furnished, and most of all spacious rooms) which in Venice are a luxury!) just few steps from Piazza san Marco. But above all, amazing Staff: very professional and courteous, the Front Desk was also able to arrange a "birthday surprise" for my son (for an extra charge), and to give us many suggestions to enjoy our stay; the waitresses at the breakfast room were kind and attentive. I totally recommend this hotel, and I am definitely returning here next time I'll visit Venice!

Kitchenette had no utensils, not even a teaspoon, so if you’re looking for a cup of tea or coffee you’re out of luck.

Great room, very spacious and clean. Location was fantastic, so close to St Marks square and really in the heart of some great shops and restaurants

Not as accessible as stated, beds were horrible & pillows were flat. Walls were very thin and I could hear people going to the bathroom and talking. Sounded like they were in our room. The sleep sofa was so uncomfortable and the spring was poking in my daughter in laws back.

In November we had to battle a Mosquito infestation in the room. Our request for repellant was not met, so we got our own. Only on the last day we got from the hotel something to battle those hungry insects. The beds were dated and not comfortable at all. Could use new Mattresses. Also the furnishing in the flat itself was dated. There was nothing provided in the kitchen area, not even a water kettle to make tea or coffee.

The location is the main appeal of this property. Just behind St. Marks square, you can easily reach almost all of Venice attractions by foot. It shares the breakfast room with the adjacent Hotel, but lot of better breakfast and dining options around nearby.

It is slightly hard to find where it is located. Google maps takes you to a different location. For future guests it is better to route to the Royal Hotel San Marco.

The property is located in the centre, right next to St. Marcos square. Our room had a canal view however be aware that not all rooms have a canal view. The property has a lift and the rooms are extremely spacious and were perfect size for our family. Highly recommend 10/10. The property also came with breakfast and a complimentary visit to Murano.
