Pretty noisy early in the morning. My room was right next to the breakfast room and it was noisy at 6:30 am.

Great staff and the location was perfect. Very good breakfast and I loved the terrace.

The pillows were too firm and not very comfortable, however when I asked for new pillows they immediately provided it right away. The shower head needs maintenance or replacement as the water comes out very little and splatters preventing an enjoyable shower after a long day.

I liked the reception service. , very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the second building, and the coffee and snacks bar in the hallway was lovely to have when needed. One night, I. wanted to order room service, yet even after the kitchen had closed they still provided some bread & cheese. Thank you! Location is superb! Would definitely recommend to others to stay here and I would stay here again.

The hotel started on the first floor and the lift was only big enough for 1 bag and the occupant so it took 4 trips for us to get all our bags up to the reception! We were on the Grand Tour! The staff were very helpful though so it was not an issue. On one day staff training was being done in the breakfast area during breakfast which was a bit off putting.

Location was wonderful. Taxi could get to the front door, Trevi fountain is about 2 blocks away. Main shopping centre started at the end of the road. Room was in excellent condition and led off to a small courtyard. Light in the room was good. Breakfast were comprehensive and good value. Loved the pastries!

Bathroom was a bit dated but perfetly functional and clean.

Really nice room that felt quite luxurious. Our room backed on to the courtyard and there was a very relaxing sound of a trickling water feature which was calming. Great breakst out on an interal terrace. Very comfortable stay very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

The lack of closet and drawers made it super difficult to take everything out of the bag, especially since the room was super small. But other than that, everything was great.

The Internet didn’t work for about half the stay. I am seated this was not the fault of the hotel but the phone/internet service provider. When I needed to do a business Zoom call they found me a quiet location to have my call which I greatly appreciated.

The location was close to all major attractions such as the Spanish steps. The breakfast sands snacks available throughout the day were exceptional. The outdoor area with our room and the area outside the dining areas was a perfect place to relax and enjoy conversation. The staff and owners were exceptional in their professionalism, service, and willingness to go beyond our requests. I highly recommend this hotel. You’ll enjoy the experience immensely!

Some of the rooms are located in an adjacent separate building, for those rooms any access to the hotel facilities requires going outside the building. But it wasn't really much of a problem for us. .

Loved the location (nice neighborhood, near the spanish stairs, and near the trevi fountain) Staff was friendly and we always had snacks, coffee and tea available for us on the terrace and in the hallway. The room was spacious, warm and clean (winter time).

Just like their hotel name, it is truly charming. From their hotel rooms, facilities and superb breakfast selection, their staff are warm, friendly, helpful. The location is conveniently near every tourist attraction and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Booking.com for the Genius treats!
