Nothing, I’d happily stay there again

The room was a good size and very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for seeing the main sites of the city. There is quite a steep hill when returning to the hotel which wasn’t a problem for us but should be considered if anyone is less mobile.

If I had to critique the hotel in anyway,I would say that the view from my room,wasn't very flattering and overlooked the trash cans.

My wife and i,went to Rome to celebrate her 60th birthday.We couldn't have been happier, with the hotel and the staff, we had a phenomenal week.

We were fine with the situation and had no problems as worked very well, but there was no reception after 8pm and access was through an electronic automatic side door.

Comfortable bed, very clean and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and omelette or scrambled eggs available to order. Centrally located and could walk to most attractions within 20 mins.

Everything was great.

Fabulous hotel, really great location. The staff are marvellous, very helpful. Hotel is close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc etc and there's a bus stop around the corner to go to the Vatican city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wondering where to stay in Rome. Breakfast also is very good.

There is no place for you to put your personal toiletries in the shower area like a niche or a basket. Rain shower pressure is weak considering that our room is in the 1st floor. You have to switch to the handheld shower to get a better water pressure.

You can reach the hotel by bus in about 5-10 minutes. There is a bus stop close to the hotel so it is convenient. The room had a street view. In our case, we had to open the windows since we feel a little warm. Because of that, you can hear the street noise from the room especially early in the morning. Breakfast was decent. The only warm food option so far that we've seen is the eggs which they will cook for you, not buffet style. The rest are cold cuts of meat and cheese.

Bed was a little hard and the pillows too thin, but that is personal preference.

The staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and always eager to help. I would highly recommend staying here. Location is also perfect. Close to everything.

Very small issues, no couch in the room, which would be better than the desk, but that's a personal preference. It's a shame you couldn't just have a bedside light on, as I like to read before going to sleep and having the lights on would keep my wife awake.

The hotel is close to the shopping area and to some of the attractions, so it was great for walking to the shops, restaurants and some of the sights.. It is very clean and modern with very friendly staff. They also supplied pastries of a morning, even if you didn't have or pay for breakfast.

No reception or lobby after 8pm , but I received by whatsapp message a procedure to get the key in a keybox. Rather bad smell from the shower sink.

Very central location, less than 10mn from Trevi fountain, Quirinale, Colosseum. Very clean and quiet riim with goid wifi. Frendly staff.

Some guests on the next room were very loud for some nights and also the street is a busy one, so you better keep your windows closed. The room has a big shower in it, but the one in the bathroom is a bit too small.

Well localized, staff was friendly and provided good recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable.
