Lovely central hotel with very friendly staff. Only 20 minute walk to Piazza Navona and the Colosseum, less to other places like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Fori Imperiali, Foro Romano, etc. Just 3 minutes from Piazza Venezia.

The mattress was a little too hard for me, taking some time to get comfortable. Purely personal preference though, not to be taken away from the positive reviews.

Very clean hotel, ideally located within walking distance to all major landmarks and attractions in Rome. Although conveniently placed, it’s tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet nights sleep. The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly. We had to use the side door and lift to let ourselves in each night, all was straightforward and no issues. We didn’t eat breakfast here as we were up and out early most mornings, so cannot comment on that. The breakfast area looked well stocked and clean though!

On arrival the staff were so friendly and showed us to our room, recommending places to visit and giving a history of the hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and nicely decorated. We felt comfortable the full time we were there. The location is amazing because it's within 10 minutes walking of most tourist spots and the metro. I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Rome!

Love this hotel. It is well situated near the centre of Rome. It is clean and modern and has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is good value for money. I've stayed here four times and definitely intend to return.

The location was ideal; 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain; 20 minute walk to the Coliseum and the Forum. We walked from the train station as we only had small cases with us and it was a half an hour walk it was a great way to get our bearings and spot nearby restaurants etc. We arrived after the reception team had finished but the day before our arrival, they sent very detailed instructions and a video showing us how to gain access to the building. We had a gorgeous, spacious room with a fabulous bath! Such good value for money. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Big thank you to Mia for restaurant recommendations We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Staff were exceptionally lovely, receptionist gave great tips on how to organise our sightseeing and advised us of free day into one site. Very helpful with check in after hrs, very good communication and arranging drivers for us to and from airport. While waiting for driver this evening, Mia offered us refreshments in reception.

Really beautiful and clean room. The location is really convenient, the most sites are in a walking distance but there is a bus stop really close to the hotel. Also the staff was really polite and helpful, willing to help us with anything we needed. 100% recommended for your stay in Rome!

only negative was that we travelled as a family of five yet there were only 2 cups in the room. we asked for additional cups but the next morning room service took them away again.

Location was a little further from the Trevi than we imagined but in fact it was only a ten minute walk so it didn’t matter.

very efficient check in by Mia on reception who was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, shower hot and the room was spotlessly clean. The lady who ran the breakfast room made a great omelet and coffee and everything was served with a smile. Loved the art work on the walls.

The staff was amazing. The location was fantastic. There was coffee and snacks in the morning. The toiletries! Those were some really luxurious body wash. And we got our own balcony (too bad it rained)

Everything was great

We loved Hotel Trevi Palace, its in a lovely area and very central to all the sights of Rome. The staff are exceptional, all so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious and bed very comfortable, excellent shower and fast wifi. We were met by their lovely receptionist Mia who gave us a very warm welcome and showed us how everything worked re breakfast and how to enter the hotel after hours. He also showed us on a map where all the main sights of Rome were and how to get to them from the hotel which was very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with all the usual buffet items plus we were made fresh omelettes which were delicious and the nicest cappuccinos complete with patterns on top! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very special. Would recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome.
