it was a bit noisy, walls are possibly too thin and people partying until late were quite loud and woke me up the bed was comfortable but a bit small: maybe the window could use some curtains

There was not any water in the room. If you close the window there is frowzily inside, if you open it there is a noise (bars, tram).

This hotel is in a nice location easy to get to the center by tram, metro or even walking. Nice and helpful staff. Our room was clean. Italian breakfast with very good coffee. In general I would say it is a budget hotel and this is what you should expect.

Nothing to dislike

The location is close to the train station and can be reached within minutes using the No. 1 tram for 2 euros. Some reviews didn’t like the breakfast but we found it similar to all the other breakfasts we’ve had throughout Italy and were happy with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is in an older part of town with graffiti on buildings but everyone on the street was friendly and we never felt uncomfortable walking around.

Very noisy. A had a sleepless night. The windows of the room (I believe it’s true for the majority of rooms) look at the busy street with cars and tram. Plus, there are some bars nearby so people resting in those bars won’t let you sleep. Also, the walls are thin and the doors of each room are located super close to each other: whenever any person walks in a corridor or talks in their rooms, it feels like they are right inside your room. It was very loud inside the hotel till ~4 am, and I wonder why the staff did nothing about that.

Nice location if you need to have Central station nearby - it’s at 15-20 min walking distance which is reachable if you have no big luggages.

Location is ok with good public transport options. Area not too busy and noisy. Staff is friendly. 24h reception. Room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. All in all good for the price

Very hard beds. Bathroom old and in need of repairs. Minimalistic breakfast, but OK. Had to wait 45 min to get breakfast (a bit crowded on a Saturday).

Close enough to the center, near 2 Metro stations. Friendly personnel. Could park my car near the hotel. Good coffee.

compare to different hotels in italy breakfast was at poor level however coffe was one of the best. If you like hard beds, this will be a good choice for you. It was too hard and uncomfortable for me anyway

Felt like it was too expensive for the size of the room which doesn't match the picture above.

The room was okay for a night and the bathroom was good and clean. I thought it was a bit expensive for the what it has to offer. Not too far from the central station, I walked to the hotel from there with my luggage. The room wasn't as big as shown in the picture. I was only staying for the night in Milan to catch the train to La Spezia so the location was quite handy.

Very helpful staff. There was always somebody on the desk so we felt fully supported. The breakfast was excellent. The area was vibrant with very good restaurants and bars. It felt very safe with excellent transport links. Metro stops only 5 minutes away and the tram virtually outside. The room was simple but very comfy with aircon. We were very happy to stay there.
