Maid did not clean cushions on terrace furniture of pigeon poop. Too many pigeons all over. Very annoying.

Location - very close to Valley of the Temples. Accommodations were very good. Looked all new. Nice bathroom and terrace.

Nothing at all

There’s surely nowhere in the world with such a sublime view, especially from the restaurant terrace. It was a privilege to stay in this charming hotel. The staff were very courteous indeed. The rooms bright and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Nice products in the bathroom. Excellent shower and hair dryer.

My son and I had a fantastic time at Villa Athena! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A big thank you to the reception team and the wonderful restaurant team at Villa Athena Terrazza - Manuela, Antonio, Christina, and Alessandro - for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel's location with private access to the Valley of the Temples amidst lemon and almond fields was just fantastic. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor pool with a view of the ancient temples later in the season!

Fantastic hotel! We stayed only one night as part of our honeymoon trip to Sicily and really didn’t want to leave. We got a room upgrade upon arrival and could enjoy the view of the temples from our bedroom - amazing. The room was equipped with everything you could need, including luxury toiletries and top end hairdryer. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant on site and the food was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

There was nothing negative about our time there.

We had an apartment that faced the Temple Concordia which was absolutely amazing! We had our breakfast brought to the room and each time, it was perfect. The staff and food were wonderful.

Location is magnificent in the heart of the archaeology park with a private gate entrance so no queues. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Shower rather feeble. WIFI excellent throughout hotel and in the garden. Restaurant is more expensive than local restaurants but great value because the quality is so high and the service attentive. Breakfast is excellent too. Reception staff were also so helpful and arranged a guide for us too.

The food at the restaurant was mostly excellent but we had a couple of disappointing meals.

Location was unbeatable for those visiting the temples. The room was tastefully decorated and well equipped. Staff were helpful.

Our safe didn’t seem to work, also the shower hose was ripping off at the bindings and was splashing the water elsewhere.

I loved the property. Even minor things didn’t bother how amazing it was! The breakfast is great, even a la carte. The views are stunning, if you choose the room with a view. We got there during Easter holiday and had an amazing garden grill set menu lunch with Italian style long table. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Property is absolutely beautiful and they had their own little path into the gardens and the UNESCO sight which I found to be exceptionally convenient. Parking was big and the whole property is just amazing.

Extraordinary staff! Every wish was accommodated. Food was first class, as were the facilities. Guides and experiences were available at a moment’s notice. For people with extensive travel experience, we were very favorably impressed.

This hotel is beautiful, charming, unique, and the perfect location for visiting the Valley of the Temples. Tickets can be purchased at the hotel, and they have their own private access. Our room had a large balcony with a beautiful view of both temples and overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

It is expensive...so whether or not it is worth 3x other places in Agrigento will depend on your budget...

Very nice stay. The breakfast is super! Tons of variety, even if the ordering system is a bit odd. The room is comfortable and the location near the temples is quite nice.

Classy place with an almost unbelievable view of Ancient Greek temples from the patio. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great too. Just wish we could've stayed more than one night.

Nothing, really.

The location is extraordinary -- looking directly at two of the main temples from the balcony. It is hard -- impossible -- to imagine a more stunning view of classical Greek architecture from a resort. The service was excellent -- all staff at the resort and at the restaurants were friendly and efficient and helpful. They made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.
