Very helpful and forthcoming staff starting off with a reception staff member personally guiding us through the various spaces of the hotel - restaurant, pointing out the spa area access and hours, showing us our rooms. Spa area lovely including heated outdoor pool – a definite plus seeing as the air was still rather coolish. The quietness and spaciousness of VA were also appriciated by us. And there is a little center of Manera is a 5 minute walk away where there are 2 other restaurant options should one chose not to eat at the Hotel.

Very close to wine towns of monforte and serralunga- and alba. Wonderful space and 2 restaurants- heated pool, gym, and peaceful grounds. Attentive staff and great food/wine. Will go back!!! Great base for Langhe!!

The restaurant was good, but maybe offer a daily special for variety for guests who dine in house several times.

The location was perfect for exploring the charming wine villages and Alba. The staff was wonderful and attentive in all areas. The surroundings are great with beautiful countryside views from the pool and the restaurant. A perfect break!

A very private and remote hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Our stay was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast and other meals in the restaurant were delicious. could not recommend staying at the hotel more

To be honest there aren’t things I didn’t like about this place. The only thing I could say that the wellness center is quiet small and allows just two rooms at the time for a maximum of 45 minutes. I could say that it is enough however checking always the clock could be a bit stressful.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, surrounded by the hills and vineyards. Perfect for those who enjoys the quiet and the nature. We very much enjoyed staying in the attic room, being very spacious and finely furnished. The bathroom was also super spacious with double shower and a bathtub. The service is impeccable and the staff is very kind and helpful. Dinner in the restaurants is high quality, as well as the breakfast à la carte, offering different options. We enjoyed the view on the snowy mountains from the restaurant! The wellness center was quiet enjoyable! In general our stay exceeded our expectations and we definitely will come back!

We missed a terrace outside with a view over the countryside. The outside terrace is boxed in in a courtyard.

All around an excellent hotel! Beautiful location, fantastic restaraunt, lovely garden with incredible view, great and helpful staff, we had a great time! I saw families and couples of all ages enjoying themselves too.

Unfortunately, a British family with very loud little kids was in a room over us and they were loud. That was annoying since the hotel was fully booked and so the staff couldnt move us to another room that mathed our booked room. The rest of the small kids at the hotel - and there were quite many - were well behaved, so we just had bad luck. But still we don't expect rowdy kids at a place like this - quite annoying

We had booked the hotel as a luxury get away from Denmark and the hotel lived up to that. The staff at the reception was very helpful in generel and for example assisted in getting dinner reservations at other restaurants.
