The massage I received was not my favorite. Her hands were very quick and swishy and I did not feel that she was able to effectively address any problem areas. I had to ask for some support under my knees. Usually, this is automatic.

We were celebrating a special birthday. Not only did the staff surprise my spouse with a candle in a morning sweet at breakfast, but they helped us arrange a driver and tour last minute to a local winery. At dinner, my spouse was again presented with a beautifully decorated birthday dessert. We found the staff - both waitstaff and front desk- to be incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. We wanted for nothing! The location on the hillside in Piedmont is lovely and we enjoyed sunset views from the balcony while eating dinner. There are many wineries and small towns a short drive away. We hope to return someday soon to explore the area futher.

I wouldn’t say i didn’t like , but something to improve would be the Bar option at the pool would be a great feature to have and the possibility to order food or drinks from the pool ground.

We found the menu a bit limited, you had to book for lunch, restaurant not very flexible. Pool a bit small for size if the hotel. Not easy to find a spot when hotel is fully booked.

This place is heaven, staff are extremely amazing and very helpful and friendly. Their restaurant is great, facility has astonishing view of all the vinyards and villages which sometimes looked surreal. we will for sure go back here next time we visit Italy. we stayed 5 days and I wish we could stay longer. The whole team from managers to servers are so friendly and amazing. we travel alot and have stayed in many luxury hotels, non beats this gem! The best place I have stayed to date, highly recommend it.

the villa is beautiful and the rooms look like they were recently renovated. a perfect match between the ancient style of the premise and all possible modern comforts. the spa is bigger than I expected it to be. Also the restaurant was beyond our expectations, both for the food (typical of the area) and the wine.

Perfect. The rooms are sparkling clean, the staff is nothing more of exceptional - Benedetta is one of a kind and had outdone herself to make the stay amazing. The spa is perfect, the views are gorgeous and the food is amazing as well.

Absolutely beautifully property! Stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Abundant facilities, including a heated outdoor spa pool. Staff was extremely helpful with all needs. Restaurant experience was also very good. I would love to visit again!
