Rich and tasty breakfast, lovingly furnished interior, very kind and acommodating hosts who shared with us their extensive knowledge of the area and its history. A peaceful place close to the ocean, away from the hustle and bustle of venice city, but still within easy reach by Vaporetto... we were very happy!

Great location - away from tourist crowds on a beautiful island with Art Nouveau villas - still it's very close to Venice, only a 20 min vaporetto ride from Lido. The hosts are excellent, very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. We'd love to be back!

Beautiful villa in Lido, near to the seaside and very close to the city centre and to the vaporetto station. Stefano and Alessandra are lovely, suggesting places to visit both in Lido and in Venice. The breakfast was incredible. The villa is gorgeous.

Checkin was at 5pm, unfortunately no one was at the villa earlier this day, so we've had to use luggage disposal and wait 9 hours in the city. Not so much of a problem, but you get tired eventually

Large and light rooms, spacey kitchen. Bed and bathroom comfy and clean. Friendly host with a beautiful dog!

The villa is very cosy, just near the seashore and remote from overcrowded touristic centre. For the breakfast you need to preorder in advance so that they knew what to serve you, their fresh orange juice was especially delicious! There was air conditioning in the room, so we could set the temperature to ideal. Also people and the dog Sara were absolutely lovely it was very pleasant to stay with them!

The apartment was fantastic, spacious and spotless, with a delicious breakfast delivered to our door in the morning.The location was excellent. Across the road from a stunning beach. You can walk to the vaparetto stop or get the bus right outside the door. Alessandra was the perfect, welcoming host. An absolute gem of a place!

An earlier check in would have been helpful, we feel 5pm is very late when you have an early flight.

Great location. Fabulous building and right next to the beach. The roof terrace was perfect spot for breakfast, fabulous views all round. Alessandra the host was very friendly. Top floor room, was small but comfortable. Would definitely return. Venice Lido is so peaceful.

The B&B was very close to the beach so it was very easy to stroll over and go for a dip. The terrace viewing point was amazing and there was a 360 degree view of the island and Piazza San Marco. Breakfast was nice - especially the orange juice! Alessandra was very friendly and accomodating for the whole trip. We really appreciated meeting Sara the nice dog

This is a wonderful historic villa in a great location and with wonderful hosts - we cannot recommend enough to anyone wanting to visit Venice and other islands in the lagoon while also having the opportunity to add in a few days beach holiday. A 15min walk from the vaporetto stop at SME and a short walk from the main areas with cafes, restraints and shops - v well located. Thank you Alessandra for your kindness and warm welcome.

The balcony terrace is only accessible for people with good mobility but well worth it if you can.

Amazing location for beach, 10 mins maximum walk to water bus stop, close to restaurants and bars. Alessandra was amazing and very accommodating, she helped us with some lovely breakfasts up on the amazing balcony. Whilst being a b&b this feels like you are at their home and they do a great job of welcoming you into it.

It wasn't very clear which beaches you paid for and which were free. A little map would have been good - the free beach was quite a walk. The policing of the beach does not make for a good atmosphere.

Location was superb, we had 6 of our adult children with us. So having the beach plus the culture of Venice suited everyone. The relaxed atmosphere of the Lido was fantastic to come back to after a tourist filled day in Venice.

Fantastic stay! We really want to come back ❤️ The host is very nice and helpful! The breakfast is just super good - a lot of fresh local food. Location is superb - from the roof terrace (which is one more reason to live this place) you can see the sea and beach and it’s about 10/15 minutes by foot to the vaporetto stop. Villa looks like a museum inside. And Sarah (the dog) is just kindest and the most beautiful dog ever 🤍 I was staying there for my birthday and I can’t imagine better place for celebrating it.

I really cannot think of anything negative to say. We'd love to go again.

We had a lovely time at Villa Gabriella. The hosts were marvellous, although we created several problems for them, including failing to make the toaster work, and unplugging the fridge! By the end it really felt as if they were friends. The location on the lido was fab, too - easy access to the beach, and beautiful vaporetto trips across the lagoon to Venice.
