We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location, quiet and clean rooms, lovely balcony, good view. good swimming pool. friendly and helpful staff, eg Dennis ran us to the bus stop and gave us suggestions on what to do. The hotel is elevated above the Main Street and nearby developments, and is quieter. We think it was the best place to stay in Patara. In the evening the st Nicolas restaurant ( part of the same family and connected) did great food at good value and was very popular.

Our family enjoyed our 4 night stay at Patara Delfin Hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast, pool, tea time, beach shuttle, and location were all great! Lunch at the hotel was convenient and good. We visited the beach, ruins, and ate good meals in town. We ate one meal at the nearby St. Nicholas restaurant and it was fun to know the server there since they also worked at the Patara Delfin hotel. We would stay here again if we return to Patara / Gelemis.

The staff was very helpfull and everyone was really nice ☺️ The breakfast was good. They have a free shuttle service to the beach at 11:00am and they get you back from the beach at 4:30 pm, you'll just have to pay for the entrance of the patara beach. (in taxi you have to pay 50tl one way) They serve tea and cake at 05:00pm. Plus they helped me to change money. The black cat was too cute ☺️

NetherlandsThe shower is in the middle of the bathroom with no separation or curtain, after the shower everything is completely wet (toilet, floor, sink) so basically you cannot use it until it dries (there could have been at least a squeegee to make the floor dry faster). We asked for laundry but the clothes didn't come back in very good conditions. When we wanted to check-out it took them more than 10 minutes to sort it out because they had no laptop and they had to contact the person who had the info.

PolandGenerally, the pictures look better than reality. The whole hotel has more of a hostel character. You can hear the neighbor from behind the wall.
The view from the balcony is really nice, towards the mountains and a town below. The garden of the hotel is really beautiful, full of various plants that create a really cozy atmosphere of the place. Another plus is that the breakfast terrace is located just above the garden, so you can enjoy this nice place even more. The breakfast is good, one of the few hotels I've visited in Turkey that serve delicious cookies :)
