aspects of the property are a little rustic, but for us, this all added to the charm and authenticity. Some might find the stairs and inclines a little challenging for the 10min ‘trek’ into the centre, others will welcome the exercise.

The property location right on the water and the unimpeded view over to Stromboli was just amazing! Walking ten steps down to the jetty then diving into the cool clear waters was a wonderful way to start and end the day. The kitchenette and patio allowed us to cook and eat-in a couple of nights. A wonderful, relaxing three nights - we could easily have stayed a week or more!

While we were delivered and taken to port with our bags by the friendly staff (which was great) it’s a bit of a hike back to the shops and port generally.

Location right on the water, very easy for swimming, easy access to water. Amazing view of Stromboli.

bed not so comfortable. Full of mosquitos, they haven’t run a disinfestation and you couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor. 200 steps to get to the villa, probably they should put more emphasis on the Panarea reality of accessibility that could be an issue for old people. there was a Coffee moka but not even a bit of coffee ground. Fridge was empty. room seemed a bit empty to be a apartment and not an hotel room.

Friendly staff, Federica was great with our pick up at the ferry and transfer to the unit. The villa is magical, you wake up like if you are on a boat and during the night waves cuddle you to sleep. private beach is also nice.

Bugs in the apartment and beds, stained sheets, dust everywhere, nasty smell in the bathroom, terrible stay, we had to leave after our first night and they refused to refund the two other nights.

I have never seen such a unclean place for such a big amount of money

Organised the complimentary transfer from the port and no one showed up. Called them and no answer. We then walked 20 mins to the villa with our suitcases and no one was there. Between 3 calls and a two hour wait time someone finally brought the key. Absolutely terrible communication and zero service, it was not a language barrier - our email correspondence before arriving couldn't have been clearer. Most disappointing stay in Italy yet and we've been traveling for here for the last six months.

The view is amazing but the location is quite far from the port - a long hilly walk from the port (which is pitch black after dark). I would not recommend if you have a lot of luggage.

Although the site lists free cancellation and free shuttle bus to location - there was none. No one answered the phone nor wrote back to me. It took an hour in the heat with heavy bags to find the location. There was no drinkable water upon arrival. The A/C does not work it’s a very weak fan. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work (or rather only for 5 minutes at a time and is very slow). The kitchen and crockery were all dirty and ants lived there. The bed sheets were old with holes and the couch was stained and covered with a sheet. The pillows and mattress were also stained and had holes. It is not private. Outside my bedroom windows were the neighbours table and chairs. The photos on the website are old. The furniture is dirty and outdated. The plug sockets were coming out of the wall. When I asked the manager to fix the A/C and Wi-Fi they said it was ‘fixed’ and working. It was not. Instead, while showering, they sent a man to ‘fix’ these problems and he entered my room and saw me showering. This was horrific and no apologies were made. At night it is very hot and if you leave the doors open you can hear the neighbours snoring. The photos are misleading and old. The apartment was small, the lounges outside were missing and/or broken. I booked a shuttle back to the port. It was confirmed but never arrived. So again I walk for 40 minutes with heavy bags up and down steep stairs. It was a terribly uncomfortable place to be. The only reason I stayed if because they refused to cancel the reservation (I had requested 2 minutes after booking, three weeks before the dates). DO NOT PAY THIS MUCH TO STAY HERE.

The view is lovely.
