I found that the quality of the food is not as before - in room service as well as the buffet .. it’s good but not outstanding like it used to be !

Very good spread of breakfast. Have ordered mainly in room dining which is a generous helping and prompt service. I noted that a senior lady staff (wellness manager) was personally supervising the arrangements at breakfast, till breakfast finishing time, in the morning. I really appreciate that.

All was good, the only thing I didn't like was occasional food smell on the forth floor other than that all was good.

There's a huge difference between kitchen's day shift and night shift's cooking. The quality of food of the night's shift is much better. Bacon smelled (was) old each day that we were there. Would be really good to have bathrobes

Everything was perfect. Check in and Check out very quick and smooth. Good variety at breakfast Excellent room service. Wifi is very good. Easy to figure out TV. Excellent housekeeping. Cannot single out a particular member of staff as every time it was someone new to me, but each of them was exceptionally prompt and courteous. Whether it's restocking of tea/coffee/water supplies, giving me extra soft pillows, or replacing the iron and towels: everything's handled quick, smoothly and with a smile. Cannot thank them all enough

We stayed in this hotel last year and have liked the location, the ambience, and the smiling faces of the staff. Though we stayed for only 1 night because the hotel was full. We were upgraded to the Suite, which was a luxury.

Everything At Vivanta Goa was amazing from my check in until check out.I would like to thank the Vivanta staff for their amazing hospitality the best one I can say.Mr.Smith at the front desk was amazingly helpful .Mr.Anupam at the restaurant was amazing.He was very warm and welcoming all throughout our trip.Though the breakfast was crowded he made it a point to go to every single table and see everyone is comfortable.My special thanks to Ms. Anunciacio for her kindness and amazing hospitality .She was very welcoming and attended us whenever we asked for anything.He beautiful smile and her welcoming nature to everyone is very impressive.I would definitely love to visit Vivanta Panaji again and I recommend everyone to look out for these amazingly beautiful people so they can provide you with their services.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

When we left on 7th of January they were still playing non stop Christmas songs which EVERYONE was sick of. A member of staff told us they play them through all of January. The place was still full of Christmas decorations.

This is the second time we have stayed there and we have enjoyed it both times. Great Breakfast.
