We stayed on the lower level with the pool and it was spectacular! Facilities were exceptional and Paola was super helpful and kind. We loved our stay!

Amazing apartment and great place to chill and explore Como from, over the course of a few days. Walking distance to Lecco, no. of excellent restaurants and coffee shops less than five minutes away. Immaculately clean and well prepared. Larry who I met on arrival could not have been nicer and made it so easy to check in.

The whole apartment excellent the staff who we met very polite the pool was a nice added touch which I thoroughly enjoyed wish I could have stayed longer will definitely look to return if you get a chance book this out better than any hotel room and the location just steps away from the beautiful lake Como it is one of the best rentals I have had in 32 years in the travel industry I highly recommend 5*

we were disappointed that we didn’t have access to the pool. Felt the information in the booking.com listing was not clear in this respect. Also the parking is a 5 minute walk away in a public car park. Despite these things would recommend.

It 35mins away from Como. So if you want to tour all of Lake Como, you need to have a car. This place doesn’t have a dedicated car parking, you can park your car up a nearby hill for free public street parking

I loved this beautiful quiet cozy place! Host/ Hostess were quick and efficient. I absolutely recommend this place! I would love going back again

We would have liked if there was more space for lounging. There was only one sofa and with 4 people it was awkward to sit on it. Thats why I give it a 9/10.

Everything was great! Kitchen and bathroom were very clean! It was easy to get to the lake and the restaurants there.

Too much red in the apartment. Not so good equipped and the sofa was uncomfy. The pool wasn't avaible for first floor apartment.

The pool is not for every room!! This is an apartment not a hotel!! The pool is for only downstairs villa and not for everyone!! Was super disappointed by this would not have stayed here if we known that!! False advertisement from bookings.com ! The walls was super thin, no mosquitoe net, poor lighting in the bedroom and bed wasn’t that comfortable. False advertisement from bookings.com well over priced for what we got.

Turned out pool on the photos is not included and is available only if you book specific suite with the pool, kids were disappointed. Parking is only public - near the lake you need to pay or there is another one in 10 min walking distance wich is free.

Very nice location near beatiful lake Como. Appartment is specious and have good equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Overall good appartment, but not recommend for the stay with kids.

Unfortunately, the curtains in the property are so thin that they do no block any light so it was a challenge to sleep. The property also had an odour issue particularly with the fridge which had a very unpleasant and pungent smell every time it was opened.
